Very Good
CCaleb CreasonHotel is quite nice, staff was very friendly and room as clean and equipped nicely. Breakfast was expansive with a good selection for everyone. The location is within walking distance to many things. We took a nice walk to the science park area and visited one of the local temples. There is also a nice speakeasy bar within 10 min walk (kind of hidden past the starbucks up the hill). I would definitely recommend this hotel to business visitors or tourists as well.

We would especially like to commend Cathy Lin for her excellent service. We encountered an unfortunate situation with another hotel guest, and she handled the matter with great professionalism and care. She resolved the issue promptly and even upgraded our room, which we truly appreciated.
Cathy is also very attentive and proactive—always quick to respond and ready to step forward to assist whenever needed. Her service made a big difference to our stay. Highly recommended.

FFreelaxStayed one night. As it’s a pretty new hotel, the hotel room amenities are very new. We checked in late. Although it’s self check in, the staff is very helpful and very obliging. The room has got shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Personally, I quite fussy but I like their products. They also provide toothbrushes and toothpastes etc. They give 2 bottles of drinking water. They gave humidifier in each room. There is bath tub and standing shower. The hotel is located in the industry area but they are quite near to Hsinchu HSR. If I would travel to Hsinchu, I will stay again.

JJiajuGood hygiene! The location is conveniently close to the fishing port. You can go shopping at the fishing port when you have time. The service staff are very friendly and welcoming, making you feel at home. The facilities are very new.

MMei-fenThe service is great. Parking spaces need to be confirmed with the store first. Check-out was delayed because I overslept. The service is good and the location is good. The only drawback is that the pillows are too soft. The room is well soundproofed and quiet.

WWEIFENGI went there by car and it was easy to find the hotel. Not far from the night market. There is also a hotel subsidy of 100 Taiwan dollars for parking. The breakfast is very good. Went with children. The price/performance ratio is good and can be recommended. The service attitude is very good.

WWu NelsonThe room is simple and clean, but the tables and chairs in the room are old and the bathroom is small. The breakfast has fewer types and is replenished quickly. Parking is inconvenient. The parking lot downstairs is a bit scary. It is more convenient to cooperate with the market parking lot.
