- centrally located (with a huge shopping mall just around the corner)
- fantastic breakfast in terms of quality and quantity as well as the provision of local hsinchu food
- amenities like free washing machine/dryer, sauna, free snacks and drinks were very much welcomed
- eco friendly hotel (bathroom amenities like tooth brush/paste only provided upon request)
- Room clean and functional
- separate shower and bath tub

LLynnlynn00It's very convenient to drive there, very close to the interchange.
The room is large and comfortable, the bathroom is also very large, and there is a lounge chair by the window. The overall space is sufficient. The pillows can be selected in various heights, soft or hard, which is so considerate.

ๅๅๅI chose this place for a short business trip primarily because it offered parking. I overlooked the 6 PM check-in time, so I had to go out and kill some time before returning. I had originally picked it thinking it was closer to Fukutang Ganban-yoku (rock bath). There are hardly any shops or amenities nearby, and it's located on a very busy road. The price wasn't particularly cheap either. At night, you can feel subtle tremors, almost like mini-earthquakes, caused by the frequent passage of large trucks. Earplugs are provided, but if you're sensitive to noise or have trouble sleeping, I strongly advise you to avoid this hotel. Personally, I was so utterly exhausted that I just collapsed into bed and slept, so it didn't bother me too much!

GGuest UserThis stay was a great experience. There is a large bathtub where you can take a bath together, and the bed and sofa are both large and comfortable. The most important thing is that the floor is carpeted which is a plus โค๏ธ!
The breakfast counter will ask us to choose one first and hang it at our door the next morning, which is very considerate!

GGuest UserFor the price, this place was very disappointing. First surprise was when checking in, you're told that you have to hand your keys in whenever you leave. I asked why, and they said they don't want people copying the keys, but it certainly doesn't make me feel my stuff is safe when I don't have the key. Why they couldn't use a key card system like every other hotel, I don't know, but they wouldn't have that problem if they did. In any case, the locks are terrible. Like the kind for locking a bathroom door, it'd probably open if you rattled hard enough!
The room itself clearly hasn't been redecorated in years, and looks tatty and everything is old and outdated. Worryingly, clearly there's a water leak from the bathroom and the corner of the wall on the bedroom side showed obvious water damage and looked damp. I think the room had been cleaned well enough but everything was so old, I didn't really want to touch anything. There was no quilt cover, just a sheet under it, so who knows how dirty that might have been. Likewise, there was a water cooler in the room rather than supplying bottled water, but I didn't feel confident trying it and bought bottled water from the shop instead.
I think they'd tried to make an effort to make the rooms colourful. That was a focus of the room pictures and also they have photos of different room styles downstairs in the breakfast room too, but it just looks a bit weird. In my room, it looks like they found a random outdoors picture on the internet and copy pasted some random English text over the top. So, there's a full wall sized advert for a foreign internet company. It just looks tacky on a bedroom wall!
The shower is over a bath, which is pointless as the bath is about 1m long and so nobody would fit in it comfortably anyway. Of course, there's no shower curtain so everything in the wet room gets soaked when you have a shower. Also, there's a sign by the toilet paper dispenser telling you not to put paper in the toilet, so I put my dirty paper in the bin provided. Was quite shocked that they don't clean the room daily as it wasn't a pleasant smell a day later.
The breakfast was very basic Chinese style. I've enjoyed the Chinese breakfast in every other hotel I've stayed here, but here it's basically only rice, tofu and pickled vegetables.
The location is good though. Close to the train station, and so near to all the sights as well.

The difference between the soft and hardness of the bed is a bit big, one bed is very soft and comfortable, the other bed is a bit hard, a bit dumbfounded
The breakfast type is simple and convenient, but it is not bad!

MMei-fenThe service is great. Parking spaces need to be confirmed with the store first. Check-out was delayed because I overslept. The service is good and the location is good. The only drawback is that the pillows are too soft. The room is well soundproofed and quiet.
