"The location is a bit tricky as it take around 10 mins walk to the closest station, Thus we normally take taxi to travel around the City. The room is very spacous and love the little Japanese Tea Corner!. They also provide free drinks and snacks which refilled on daily basis! House keep is alright, the bed sheet is not really properly made and Room Service is a bit slow for a 5 stars hotel standard. Yet overall staff with good attitude and helpful. Facility is on point, really big Gym Room with a good variety of gym quipment. Swimming pool view is stunning, yet if you decide to get a tan, it may not be right for you as it is covered even though it is an outdoor swimming pool."

"This hotel definitely deserves a special shout-out! My experience was fantastic right from check-in. For those who enjoy culinary experiences, I highly recommend checking out their 'one night, two meals' package. I loved the ice cream with nachos at the ground floor cafe. The evening snacks and breakfast on the second floor were also delicious. While it might not have the extensive variety of a typical star-rated hotel buffet, it offers a great chance to try various local snacks. Every single braised meat, minced pork, and topping was incredibly flavorful, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of a rice cooker so you could serve yourself hot rice. You could really tell that the restaurant staff and managers were genuinely dedicated to service and food quality, constantly moving around and attending to guests. The room was spotless, and the lighting was much brighter than what you'd typically find in comparable hotels. The bathroom was also more spacious. The only minor drawback was a gap of about 1cm under the room door, which made me think the soundproofing might not be great. However, I wasn't disturbed by any noise from outside during my stay."

"We chose a hotel close to the port, within a 10-minute walk, and near Hanshin and Dali Department Stores. The parking lot has both mechanical and surface parking. Since we didn't park our car in the mechanical parking, the staff immediately offered to take us to a surface parking lot, which was also nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially the ladies and cleaning staff in the basement restaurant. We went in for afternoon tea and happened to see them cleaning. The children were running and jumping around, and the cleaning staff were very attentive, worried they might fall. The snacks are available 24 hours a day, so you can come down anytime you're hungry (they even have all-you-can-eat cheese and biscuits, which the kids loved!), but you can't bring them upstairs. The room was large and spacious (a 4-person suite), and the shower and toilet were separate, which was very convenient. It's definitely a hotel I'd stay at again ❤️"
