"The facilities, cleanliness, and ambiance were impeccable, but there's room for improvement in the service. I've stayed at countless hotels, and Dua is the only one that would only grant a 30-minute late checkout. Even though I arrived early on the first day, the front desk didn't give me the room key until 3 PM. On the last day, I requested to check out at 12 PM, stating that the 12-3 PM window would be plenty of time to clean the room. However, both times my request was met with a '30 minutes only' response. Given this, I had to change my plans and rush back in the morning to check out early and store my luggage, which meant I missed out on trying Old Tsai's Milkfish Congee. I appreciate Ctrip's support and coordination. I hope both Dua and Taiwan continue to improve! If, by any chance, things go downhill in the future, it will likely be due to a lack of understanding and a narrow perspective."

"Nice budget friendly hotel with good buffet breakfast included. Couldn't find any instrns to get to this hotel so document here for future travellers. For those taking either Red line (from Zuoying HSR) or Taiwan railways to Kaohsiung station, head towards exit 2, go up a couple of escalators till u reach a big open atrium n see the Taiwan Railway Information lobby, walk to the side with big sundial. Take the escalator on the right to ground level (Jianguo 3rd road) and you will see the hotel on the opposite side of the road. My family stayed in 2 rooms. One of the room had the sink outside the toilet. Not good because the water and drain pipe can be noisy. Free coffee and tea available in the lobby and free use of laundry machines. There is a row of fast food outlets next to hotel, supermarket PX Mart abt 10 minutes walk away. 15 to 20 minutes walk to Liuhe night market."

"Love this hotel after our first visit a few months ago. Back here with kids this time and I am still amazed by its modern design, great location and cozy environments. The only difference for the visit this time if the staff friendliness was bit disappointed with ineffective communication and less welcomed attitude at the lobby lounge afternoon tea area. Also the room cleaning service is not as comprehensive as last time. Hope they will improve."

After queuing up, I had to go out to find something to eat for the children at the end. There were small insects in the quilt of the extra bed, so I had to clean it myself. In addition, there are many animals and insects in the mountains. The Villa has a nice swimming pool, so you can first soak in the beautiful mountain scenery. There are alternating hot and cold hot springs. It is also very close to the cherry blossom forest. In addition, it is also close to places around the city. There are 7-11 and restaurants. You can do some activities before breakfast and in the afternoon. The scenery outside the pool is beautiful. Although the price is a bit expensive, it is still Very good experience."

"The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. There is even a bidet and seat warmer in the toilet which is a plus point. Behind this hotel there is one stretch of street which has small stalls and shops to find food at night. Convenience store is also few mins walk away which is quite convenient. Travel distance by car to the tourist place is also less than 15-20mins."
