"When we booked the hotel in trip.com, I have stated that there is one visitor using wheelchair and hope that the hotel would arrange a room suitable. Upon arrival, we found that there was a big stairs in the room to go to washroom. We asked the receptionist how the elderly able to go to the washroom, she just kept repeating the fact that this waa the room type we booked but we could choose to pay extra to upgrade. When we trying to express our complaint that they should reach out if the room type not suitable for someome requiring wheelchaie, she just repeating "you didnt book with us directly, you ahould complain the platform (trip.com) instead of us." I am so disappointed about how we treated, esepcially with elderly."

"Big and spacious room, hotel provide free round trip shuttle service from airport on their fix timing. Room Are spacious with 2 kings size bed. Nothing on surrounding of building. 7-11 and family mart about 3-4 minutes walk of 2 crossing. As we visited during the rain season may not be so convenience to walk over. Hotel provides water dispenser on every floor. Water pressure is weak (we staying on 6th floor) may not easy to get a taxi but hotel can help to book 1 if you needed."

"The hotel's location is very close to Taoyuan Station, but it's next to a billiard hall and KTV, so there's a bit more foot traffic at night. The room had a very strong smoke smell, the chairs weren't very clean, and some facilities had dust and mold. When checking in, the front desk didn't inform us of the breakfast cutoff time, causing us to miss it the next morning."

"We stayed here as we needed to find a place close to Taoyuan Airport after our late night arrival. We didn't have much time to try its facilities. Location is good, close enough to airport, but the airport shuttle is very sparse and did not work for pick up or drop off back to airport which is disappointing. I don't think any of the nearby hotels have it. There is a night market right next door. The breakfast buffet is big and varied. Large room."

"It was a wonderful accommodation experience. The family checked into the hotel at night. The free heated swimming pool and SPA in the hotel appropriately relieved their fatigue. Although the game room and gym are not big, they have everything you need. The next day a cold wave hit, and the hotel also prepared heating, highly recommended! The Xiangwangshang restaurant is also worth recommending. The food is healthy and tastes good. It is worth a try. Otherwise, there is a 7-11 in B1, which is convenient, but the business hours are not 24 hours."

The room was small and unremarkable, but its cleanliness was a plus. No issues getting to sleep. However, at over 600 [currency unit], it felt a bit overpriced. In China, this standard would usually cost around 300."
