"The location is great, just in the city centre and there is a department store just opposite to the hotel. Room got a little bit small, but just for a night stay is okay. The hotel is situation on two floors of a building. Overall security on the 7th floor is strong. One needs to strip card before accessing the floor of the elavator and entering into the hotel rooms. "When we booked the hotel in trip.com, I have stated that there is one visitor using wheelchair and hope that the hotel would arrange a room suitable. Upon arrival, we found that there was a big stairs in the room to go to washroom. We asked the receptionist how the elderly able to go to the washroom, she just kept repeating the fact that this waa the room type we booked but we could choose to pay extra to upgrade. When we trying to express our complaint that they should reach out if the room type not suitable for someome requiring wheelchaie, she just repeating "you didnt book with us directly, you ahould complain the platform (trip.com) instead of us." I am so disappointed about how we treated, esepcially with elderly."

"Big and spacious room, hotel provide free round trip shuttle service from airport on their fix timing. Room Are spacious with 2 kings size bed. Nothing on surrounding of building. 7-11 and family mart about 3-4 minutes walk of 2 crossing. As we visited during the rain season may not be so convenience to walk over. Hotel provides water dispenser on every floor. Water pressure is weak (we staying on 6th floor) may not easy to get a taxi but hotel can help to book 1 if you needed."

The room had a very strong smoke smell, the chairs weren't very clean, and some facilities had dust and mold. When checking in, the front desk didn't inform us of the breakfast cutoff time, causing us to miss it the next morning."

If you don't have a lot of luggage, it's probably quicker to walk to your room. Furthermore, the game room is quite small, has limited operating hours, and all games are coin-operated. So, if your main reason for coming is the game room, it's not ideal for families with kids. This place is better suited for guests interested in swimming and hot springs."

Although the game room and gym are not big, they have everything you need. The next day a cold wave hit, and the hotel also prepared heating, highly recommended! The Xiangwangshang restaurant is also worth recommending. The food is healthy and tastes good. It is worth a try. Otherwise, there is a 7-11 in B1, which is convenient, but the business hours are not 24 hours."

"A hotel that doesn’t care about its guests with no human touch. We checked in at 2am due to a delayed flight from weather reasons, and just asked if we could check out an hour later than 11am so we can sleep a bit more. The answer is no. Not just no. But the front desk staff blamed us. It’s our fault or choice to arrive so late. What kind of attitude is that? Never again. Location is good and decently clean, but no reason to stay here when there’s other options in the area with this kind of attitude."
