Clean room, common shower and toilet is very tidy and clean. Highly recommended.
If you are walking from HSR it’s about 8mins but flooring is not ideal for wheeled luggage, Uber cost around NT100 one way.

It takes a little time to find a restaurant and 7-Eleven. But the room price is considered okay. The room is clean. But there should be additional garbage disposal points.

The hotel is not too far from the airport, about 13 minutes. I had an early morning flight so booked a taxi in advance, priced at 450 NTD (Uber prices are about the same). The room was quite spacious compared to accommodations in Taipei at a much cheaper price. Shared bathroom, toothpaste + toothbrush. You can buy it at the kiosk in the lobby for 10 NTD.
How to get to the hotel: We took the regular MRT from Taipei main station to Taoyuan for about 45 minutes, got off at A18 station and then took a taxi to the hotel for about 3 minutes. The fare was about 100 NTD.
Overall, it is considered very convenient. Suitable for people who fly early in the morning like us. Or want to find a place to stay that is not too far from the airport.
