The house is a bit old, but everything else is fine. Parking is convenient and free. It's great to watch the sunrise in the morning!

I’ve stayed here a few times over the past couple years. Always appreciated the professional staff, spacious and well equipped rooms and ample free parking. The property, although very clean, is super dated and lacking some key amenities such as a restaurant. Prices have recently skyrocketed which is disappointing however if people are willing to pay $300 for that room, that’s on them. Would love to stay here again if in the event prices adjust to something a little closer to reasonable.

The first room we were given seemed to have not been properly cleaned. Bed sheets were dirty, and the kitchen counter had a sticky spill on it. We were moved to another room and it was clean. The suites are well suited for a longer term stay with full kitchen amenities, and a sitting room area with a separate bedroom. Towels are not very big, and low water pressure in the shower. Easy access to and from Hwy 1.

I have been staying here as a home base for working in Surrey over a 3 month period. This has been ideal as there are kitchenettes, and full size appliances, including washers/dryers. There are many restaurants nearby. The staff at the front desk are incredibly friendly, attentive and professional. Requests are acted upon. In particular Joel has been especially helpful through the period of my stay.

This is a perfect place; their hospitality was top-notch, and customer service was superb. I met the front desk help called Josephine, who attended to me with the u**ost professionalism we need people like her for the face of the business. I recommend Sandman Suites Surrey - Guildford best place for relaxation

The front desk staff are very friendly, and made check in a breeze. Secured parking is a plus. The hotel location is great for easy access to the highway and shopping. Rooms are decently appointed, although showing age. Room maintenance not up to standard though. The toilet was not secured to the floor and felt rocky. Also, the water ran because the flush mechanism was broken. Ceiling light above the TV broken and hanging from the ceiling. Housekeeping hit and miss. Didn't show up one day and we had to find the attendant at 5 pm for towels. Room was not vacuumed when we checked in, crumbs on floor. They stayed there the whole time we were at the hotel, so it never got cleaned at all. Kitchen counters not wiped - coffee stains on them. Room cleaning was sub par at best. For the price per night, we would expect a much higher standard.
