Excellent stay, mostly because of the employee Yan. Yan went out of their way to make sure that me , my wife and our two little kiddos had a great time. Not being able to speak Chinese well made the service even more valuable. Our room was great, breakfast was delicious, both Western and Chinese options. Unfortunately we were still one of those old style backpacker travelers with families that doesn't have the online payment including the online app taxi service. Made it quite an inconvenience for us to look around the old ancient town. There are no taxis anywhere, we walked for several miles to get to the ancient town which was 80% ghost town. Had to catch the bus on the way back. There isn't just enough to see around except being a bit closer to the pier for the ferry the next day. The hotel in general is very elegant and pretty with a great view of the river. We had booked a discounted room thinking we wouldn't be in the room that much. But now definitely would pay extra to stay in the hotel more and enjoy the views of the river and mountain. They have beautiful beautiful spacious rooms with balconies that are facing the river and mountains. Super gorgeous. Thankfully the hotel's restaurant serves great delicious food!! There isn't any restaurant around really, quite hard to hunt for food as a foreigner. Lovely place to chill and walk along the Lijiang River. And lets not leave out the customer service of the hotel are absolutely brilliant and excellent.

Worry, the quilt is a duvet and the air conditioning heating is too powerful! You can also taste the wonton made by the boss himself without going out. The taste is very fresh and delicious! Because I need to go out at 7:00 in the morning to do things, the store owner is very enthusiastic to send me to my destination for two days for free!
