"Extremely satisfied! Out of all the hotels I've stayed in, this one is the absolute best. Both the environment and the service are five-star quality. From the security guard patiently directing parking and helping with luggage to the front desk (I was so touched! 😭), to the lovely lady at the front desk who was incredibly friendly, enthusiastically guided us, and even helped carry our luggage to the room. The recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants were very detailed. I loved it! The kids absolutely adored the children's play area on the first floor and the pool on the second floor (even though the pool wasn't open, it was beautiful). They had such a great time. I particularly want to mention the laundry room on the first floor – the washing machine and dryer are separate and super easy to operate, which is a lifesaver for people like us who are a bit clumsy. Plus, they're from the big brand LG! The room has smart controls, the hairdryer is amazing, and the shampoo smells wonderful. I also unexpectedly discovered a relaxation area on the hotel's top floor with mountain views. It's so peaceful and refreshing to sit there away from the hustle and bustle... (P.S. I forgot to take photos of the rooftop!)"

"I was really happy with my stay at this hotel in Guilin. The location is fantastic, right by Rong Lake, making it super easy to walk to Elephant Trunk Hill and East and West Alley. Evening strolls along the lake were especially pleasant. The hotel itself has a very stylish design, feeling more like a resort than a typical business hotel. The lobby even has a vinyl record area, which is great for relaxing and taking some cool photos. The room was clean and tidy. We had the 2.4-meter super king bed, which was perfect for sleeping with a child without feeling cramped. The bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good – I slept right through until morning. They also have a gym and a pool, so it was nice to explore during the day and then get some exercise in the evening. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the Guilin rice noodles are definitely worth trying – very authentic. The staff were warm and attentive, making for a really great stay. I'd definitely choose this place again when I come back to Guilin, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a more relaxed way to experience the city."

The hotel also offers a fantastic breakfast with a wide variety of Chinese and Western options. It's really tasty and even includes local specialties like Guilin rice noodles and oil tea. The value for money is outstanding. This is definitely my top choice for a trip to Guilin, and I'll be staying here again next time!"
