They were very proactive with offering help and advice for everything and accommodating us. The view from the hotel is breathtaking , you can see the mountains and city of Guilin from the rooms and from their lobby on the 13th floor or the terrace. The hotel feels like brand new and it’s very clean and fully equipped, also the pillows and mattress were very comfortable which was a relief since I have a back issue. Location very convinient. Overall i can certainly say, it elevated our experience for our vacation in Guilin and I would certainly recommend it."

The lobby is grand and stylishly designed, and the floor-to-ceiling windows in the room overlook the garden behind. The facilities are very well thought out; once you lie down on the bedding, you won't want to get up. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, and the showerhead is incredibly comfortable to use. The housekeeping staff diligently cleans every day, ensuring every corner is spotless. The employees are always smiling and accommodating. Parking is also very convenient. The lobby is spacious with plenty of seating, and the front desk staff even gave me two freshly ground coffees, which were delicious."

It was our first stay in China and the experience was delightful ❤️ she gave us really good recommendations, helped with any booking we needed and even escorted to the singing cave herself. She literally did everything she could for us ❤️ Also, location is super convenient if you want to go to the singing cave (must see! It’s magical) . It’s about 7 minutes walk! The city centre is 20 minutes away by car 🚘"
