馬桶上有黏黏的臟污漬，環境一般，房間其他整體還可以，沒有異味，但是，不是很隔音，晚上安靜的時候能聽到隔壁聊天的聲音。
客服態度挺好，有禮貌。

個人原因沒注意訂的房間是小床，在前台辦理的時候小哥看我這麼高，睡着肯定不得勁，免費給我們辦理大床房入住，給小哥點贊，帥哥美女們服務業特別周到，特別熱情的，很不錯的一次入住體驗，以後有朋友來會極力推薦，剛好在景點中心，去哪打車快走路近！

酒店位於市中心，住樂途酒店步行就可以到達桂林市內的各各景點（象鼻山、七星巖、雙塔），各步行街（東西巷、正陽街）。酒店設施齊全、乾淨，落地窗、雖然在路邊，但晚上睡覺不吵。房間內無異味，洗澡水充沛，下水無積水。
