Located in the central area of Guilin, adjacent to the former Jingjiang King City, it is an ideal secluded place to seek tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle. Convenient transportation, within a walk of two to three minutes to half an hour, you can reach classic scenic spots such as Guilin Wangcheng, Xiangbi Mountain, Fubo Mountain, Diecai Mountain, Two Rivers and Four Lakes, etc. The architectural layout of homestays includes a courtyard within the courtyard, with a fusion of ancient and modern decoration styles. Open grassland flower bed, reflecting with shallow pools and water pavilions. Each room is accessible through a winding path, with rooms arranged in a secluded and secluded manner. There is a small lounge at every corner for seating and relaxation. There are multiple room types, including king bed, twin bed, parent-child, and duplex, suitable for various functional needs. Pushing the window, Duxiu Peak rushed towards us, and the facilities and utensils in the closed door room were all comfortable. Families of all sizes, worlds of two, or solitary travelers can find suitable accommodations here. Travelers are eagerly seeking boutique homestays in tourist cities, right here. Huazhu Chain Store provides standardized hotel accommodation services, including butler services, airport pick-up services, luggage storage, tourism consultation, ticket booking, car rental services, and other convenient customer service items.

"The hotel is located at the north gate of Jingjiang Wangfu. The location is very good. It takes more than ten minutes to walk to Dongxi Alley. The room tastes not very good, and the sewer has a serious anti-taste. In addition, the corner is a bit moldy. This room is super big. The room has a small balcony and you can see Duxiu Peak."

PPipajiKicking off our spring break, we headed south through Guilin, Yangshuo, Nanning, and Beihai. Yangshuo Wangjianglou Inn was by far the most comfortable and convenient place we stayed. The inn's design and layout exceeded my expectations; the quality was truly impressive. Given the limitations of the building itself, they ingeniously installed a luggage elevator, which was incredibly thoughtful for both guests and staff – big thumbs up! Yangshuo county is quite small, so there's really no need to stay directly in the scenic area (it's inconvenient, overpriced, and you'd need taxis for meals and transportation, adding to costs). Staying in the West Street commercial district was a very smart decision. We stayed and ate at Wangjianglou (for those who know, their restaurant is a super popular, must-try spot in Yangshuo with long queues!). As a guest, you don't have to wait; the front desk concierge helps with reservations directly, and you even get a 10% discount on meals, which is a fantastic deal. I'm already planning to bring my family back after May Day and will definitely be staying at Wangjianglou again!

BBeizhuyixiabaThe location is excellent, very close to the 20-yuan Lijiang River scenic pier. The environment is clean and tidy, and the room is very spacious. The service attitude is superb. I booked for two nights and was supposed to check out by 12 PM on the third day. However, on the second night, my child was hit by a car and transferred to Guilin Hospital. It wasn't until the evening of the third day that my husband had time to go check out and pack our luggage. The owner kept the room for us and didn't rush us to check out at all. The owner is a truly compassionate person; they repeatedly inquired about my child's condition, didn't charge us for the late checkout, and even gave my child a red envelope. For this booking, the owner truly went above and beyond, practically losing money. Such big-hearted owners are truly rare. I wish the owner a prosperous business and abundant wealth. Thank you for your immense kindness.

Ff/stop nomadFrom the moment we stepped into the lobby lounge area, there was a sense we were in for an elevated experience. I must say, as someone unaccustomed to booking small boutique properties, that I had my fears and doubts. Walking into the lobby lounge almost erased all of those worries. The first thing that one notices immediately is how clean everything is - from the pool and lawn area, to the lobby itself, and then the rooms. It really brings a sense of calm and ease. With everything in the hotel there is so much intention and thoughtfulness to the details that make the experience so zen-like. This isn’t merely a property that wants to imitate a certain aesthetic in a cosmetic way, but rather something with a soulful integrity to it in the choice of materials that work in harmony. My kids loved their stay here and even made several new friends; they all had fun running around the pool, or playing in the playground area. The playground itself is very simple, but with a group of kids even a simple playground comes to life. The property is situated right along the Yulong River and throughout the day you see bamboo rafters drifting down the river and my wife found this very relaxing. The pool is gorgeous. It’s also very observably clean. While it was a bit chilly, my kids couldn’t resist and took a dip. While my elder child was able to handle the cold and swam quite a while, my younger one ended up in the bathtub on the balcony where I filled it with warm water so he had a chance to splash about as well. The property is also nestled amongst the tall karst mountains and you have an intimate view of them. As far as being a picture perfect property, this is as close as it gets. As for practical matters: toilets were clean with bidet function; we never had an issue with hot water; all electric sockets were universal; the appliances all worked as expected. Now, no property can be perfect and there are things that might be a matter of preference or interpretation. For me, I would say the rooms are cosier than the pictures might indicate. To be clear, the photos are accurate as far as how the rooms look and feel and also the layouts. But the photos are shot with a wide-angle lens, so just expect a slightly tighter lived-in experience. On this platform, the listed size of the rooms are large. For instance I believe the room I booked is listed at 100 metres squared; this, to me, most certainly includes the terrace as the indoor space doesn’t match my experience of 100 metres squared. The rooms are designed to maximise a sense of airiness and space which creates a lovely atmosphere, but of course this comes with some sacrifices. With my room, to achieve a more open feel, there is no partition separating the washroom area from the living room area. As a family this wasn’t a big deal, but if you’re staying with a friend this could be potentially awkward but also easily manageable. The food is terrific and the portions are generous. For some, they might find the breakfast somewhat repetitive (as some other reviewers have commented) but my family had no issues and rather looked forward to breakfast here! The coffee is also terrific. Really. I ended up buying the beans they use for their coffees. The lunch/dinner menu is also strong, although for children it can be a bit limiting although the staff do try to make accommodations as far as spice levels, etc. All in all, I would easily stay here again. It is true that the price point is on the higher end for Yangshuo, and that some people might not see the pure bang for your buck value in it, but if you’re looking for a headache free, clean, zen-like experience with picturesque views, I can’t recommend this property enough.

GGuest UserThis hotel in Yangshuo truly saved my trip! ✨ After two noisy nights in West Street, I couldn't take it anymore. On the third day, I decisively moved to the Ten-Mile Gallery, and it felt like I'd discovered a whole new world. The front desk lady, upon hearing I hadn't slept well the night before, immediately arranged an early check-in for me. Her kindness instantly won me over. As someone who pays attention to details, I was deeply impressed: * The floor-to-ceiling windows with triple-pane soundproofing completely blocked out external noise. The room was so quiet, I could hear myself breathe. * Both the room card and its sleeve had the room number printed on them – a thoughtful touch for someone like me who gets lost easily and lacks a sense of security. * The most brilliant feature was the no-in-room-phone design! It's a butler-style communication system; if you need anything, just use WeChat or go to the front desk. No more unplugging the phone and repeatedly confirming with the front desk not to call. I finally got a peaceful night's sleep. * They delivered fruit and candy daily, which was a lifesaver for someone like me who forgets to eat when out and about. Even my vitamin intake was thoughtfully taken care of. The lobby manager was consistently gentle and patient, always resolving issues from the customer's perspective. The off-peak season price was also incredibly friendly. Half of the healing moments on this trip came from this hidden gem of a hotel that truly understands respect and pays attention to detail. 🥹

Mmmh_63After reading reviews and the hotel's description, we chose 'Poetry and Distant Lands' for our trip, and it truly lived up to its promises. We absolutely loved it! The environment is stunning, like being in a fairyland. The hotel's warm service, beautiful surroundings, and delicious breakfast, along with the exquisite afternoon tea delivered to our room daily, made our vacation incredibly enjoyable. My daughter didn't go down for breakfast, and the hotel concierge thoughtfully arranged for her breakfast to be delivered to our room, which was a very touching gesture. The hotel restaurant on the sixth floor offers amazing views while you dine – simply beautiful! The surrounding area is also lovely, and it's very close to the scenic spots, making it easy to get around.

AAnonymous UserA trainee checked us in and assigned #1005. Upon entering, we noticed a strong cigarette odor. The front desk was courteous and offered two alternative rooms, but both had similar lingering smells. Housekeeping provided an air purifier, which helped somewhat. We also observed guests smoking in the hallway, so the odor seems to be an ongoing issue. As non-smokers who are sensitive to smoke, this was a significant drawback and not something we typically encounter with international hotel brands. There was also some confusion during payment. After showing us the rooms, the trainee realized we had not been charged and brought a POS machine to the room, which did not have a signal. We eventually had to go downstairs and complete three separate transactions via Alipay. Note that Alipay charges a ~3% service fee on transactions over ¥200 when using international cards, which may be inconvenient for some travelers. I have been using my Visa at global hotel brands for over a month and encountered no issues. One frustrating moment was when housekeeping insisted there was no cigarette odor. We understand that perceptions may differ, but it’s important to acknowledge guest feedback, especially for those sensitive to smoke. The bed was comfortable, and sound insulation was average. Despite being on the 10th floor, we could hear traffic noise as well as our neighbors talking and moving furniture. Wi-Fi was also quite slow (2.4 GHz only), with speeds in the teens for both upload and download. Light switches were complicated with options like London, Paris. New York, etc. The hotel isn't a new built and used to be another hotel as you can see from their mugs, towels, etc. Note to myself to book for newly built, not newly opened. The hotel offered us a complimentary breakfast on the 12th floor. The selection was primarily Chinese (about 95%), with minimal Western options. None of the items were labeled, which could be challenging for international guests and those with dietary restrictions. Laundry service is available, either self-service or through staff. However, communication was difficult and the interaction felt unnecessarily complicated. The staff who collected our clothes was talking so loudly that my husband thought we were arguing. In hindsight, we should have done the laundry ourselves The hotel is within a 10 minute walking distance to a food street that has tons of eateries that locals go. It will be difficult to order in non Chinese. Overall, the hotel does not appear to cater well to non-Chinese-speaking guests. Per my husband, despite using the translation app, basic requests (asking for an umbrella) were difficult without Mandarin, which made the experience more tiring. During check out, the front desk offered some dried fruit as a gift and reminded us to give a 5 star rating on everything. This is a common request as we experienced it at a previous hotel. This is our 4th local hotel throughout the 6 weeks visit in China. In summary, while the stay was acceptable, the persistent cigarette odor and communication challenges would prevent us from choosing a similar local hotel again.

MMiaomaorijiThe hotel boasts a chic industrial design. It's located right in the heart of Yangshuo West Street. Parking is super convenient, just a 50-meter walk away. Step out of the hotel and you're instantly immersed in the vibrant West Street, ready to explore all the shops and eateries. We booked a king-sized room, and walking in, we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. I honestly thought that a hotel in such a central, multi-story building on West Street would be small. But to my delight, it even had a separate lounge area with a TV and a bathtub for a relaxing soak! On the second floor, you can enjoy morning tea and read a book. Plus, the hotel has a terrace with direct views of West Street and the stunning Yangshuo mountains. Getting around is a breeze! It's just a 10-minute electric scooter ride to attractions like Impression Liu Sanjie and Guilin Romance Park.

AAnonymous UserChoosing the right accommodation truly doubles your happiness when visiting Yangshuo! This time, I stayed at the Weiboo Mountain Villa Hotel (Yangshuo West Street Branch), which perfectly balanced convenience and tranquility. The value for money was exceptional, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Yangshuo. The hotel's location is absolutely prime, situated at No. 36 North Road, Yangshuo County. It's just a 5-10 minute walk to the heart of West Street's commercial area, making it super convenient for dining, shopping, and enjoying a drink at a bar. Yet, it manages to avoid the street's hustle and bustle, offering a wonderfully peaceful experience amidst the vibrancy. Transportation around the hotel is also incredibly convenient; you can walk to the Li River, ride an electric scooter to the Ten-Mile Gallery in about 15 minutes, and it's not far from Xingping Ancient Town or the Impression Liu Sanjie scenic area. It's ideal for both independent travelers and families. Stepping into the hotel, I was immediately captivated by its New Chinese style. The ground floor features a traditional Chinese courtyard with beautiful bonsai and a pond, creating a misty, ethereal atmosphere perfect for photos. The public area also has a tatami tea room that offers complimentary coffee and tea, making it a delightful spot to relax, sip tea, and chat. The most surprising feature was the 800-square-meter sky garden on the 5th floor, boasting a 360-degree observation deck and an Instagram-worthy infinity pool. With Yangshuo's iconic karst landscapes as the backdrop, you can watch the Li River sunset on a clear day or admire the mountain mist on a rainy day. Every picture taken here turns out stunning; my friends couldn't stop snapping photos. In the evening, they even host open-air movie screenings here, which, combined with the gentle breeze, creates an incredible ambiance. The room decor was equally impressive. The minimalist yet tasteful interiors are complemented by large, bright windows. Some room types even come with a scenic balcony and a separate bathtub, allowing you to enjoy the green mountains and waters while bathing. Our mountain-view king room was spacious and impeccably clean. The smart home features were very convenient to use, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a restful night's sleep. For families, the duplex panoramic king room is perfect, featuring a private viewing terrace and a swing, spacious enough for the whole family to gather. The thoughtful service was evident in every detail. The front desk staff were cheerful and enthusiastic, happy to answer all our travel questions, and even helped us book tickets and plan our itinerary. The hotel thoughtfully provides free electric scooter rentals – the pink and green scooters are super eye-catching on the road, and riding them to the Yulong River for rafting or through the Ten-Mile Gallery was incredibly enjoyable. The breakfast was truly generous, offering Guilin rice noodles, assorted grains, eggs, fruits, and soy milk – all plentiful and delicious, providing a perfect start to the day's adventures. Additionally, there's a children's play area, self-service laundry, and luggage storage, making it stress-free for those traveling with kids. For just over 100 RMB per person, you can stay in a scenic room and enjoy so many high-quality services – the value for money is truly exceptional. Whether it's a romantic getaway, a trip with friends, or a family vacation, this hidden gem of a hotel nestled among the mountains and rivers will meet your needs. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Yangshuo!

YysunI stayed here back in 2017 and it left a deep impression. Nine years later, I've brought my family to check it out again, and it feels like the hotel hasn't changed much; it's still very well-maintained overall. It seems to be quite popular internationally now, as I'd estimate nearly half the guests are from overseas. The Chinese restaurant at night, however, wasn't as good as I remembered; there's definitely a lot of room for improvement.

AAnonymous UserTraveling by car was a breeze, as parking was very convenient. The lobby felt grand and luxurious. Our mountain view room directly overlooked the stunning scenery, and soaking in the large bathtub while enjoying the view was incredibly relaxing. We got some amazing photos at the Sky Mirror on the 9th floor, especially on a misty day, perfectly capturing the ink-wash painting beauty of Yangshuo. Breakfast and afternoon tea were both beautiful and delicious. The location is also fantastic; we were just a few minutes' walk from West Street, making dining and shopping super easy. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and highly recommend it!
