"Revisited Guilin with my partner, and after looking at many hotels, we chose Po Yin. The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to get to attractions like Elephant Trunk Hill Park. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and even upgraded us to a more spacious and comfortable room. The concierge was also always on hand to help with any questions about dining or attractions, never getting annoyed. In the evening, we had dinner on the hotel's 8th floor, ordering beer fish and other small dishes, which were delicious. Dining there while enjoying the panoramic night view of the Sun and Moon Pagodas was truly delightful. The joy of travel really lies in slowly savoring all these wonderful experiences."

"This stay experience is super satisfying! Although it is a large flow of people during the May Day holiday, the overall sanitation of the hotel is particularly in place, and the whole house is cleaned. The room is spacious and bright, and you can smell a faint fragrance as soon as you enter the door. The lighting is also very good, I can wake up in the morning and drive to the sunrise 🌅 The staff service attitude is also very good, warm and thoughtful and very kind. Close to the station, the price is also very high, I will choose this next time I come, I recommend it ～"

XXiangfengrunipieThe hotel facilities are great, and the room was very clean with no strange odors. What was most heartwarming was that after I checked in, the hotel staff helped me hang out my laundry. I had forgotten to do it after washing, and when I went to retrieve my clothes, I found them already dried. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and the service was truly excellent! I highly recommend this hotel. The location is also fantastic, very close to West Street, and you can even rent an electric scooter, making getting around super convenient. Book with confidence!

GGuest UserThis hotel was recommended by an AI, and its location is fantastic – right next to the Yangshuo County Government, on the Li River, and just a five-minute walk from West Street. The hotel's internal environment is excellent, with a great rooftop viewing platform and a gym where you can truly relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Yangshuo. The price was certainly not cheap during the May Day holiday, but parking was very convenient. The staff's service attitude was superb; they were enthusiastic and helpful to every guest, and it felt like a service standard of four stars or higher. My only regret was not getting a river-view balcony room.

SShCierI arrived around 6 PM, and the front desk staff were very friendly. They proactively upgraded me to a large family suite, which was great since I was traveling alone.
The hotel room offered fantastic views right from the window, and both the room and the rooftop terrace were perfect for taking photos.
It's only a few minutes from Gongnong Bridge, making it super convenient for catching the sunset and taking bamboo raft rides.
Breakfast was quite simple, but they had freshly made noodles. The afternoon tea included a biscuit that was a bit hard but very fragrant, and there were evening desserts too.

GGuest UserThis hotel was absolutely the right choice! The location is fantastic, right next to the Guilin Romance Park, just a short walk away – super convenient. It's not too far from West Street either, but without all the noise, and getting there is easy.
My family and I were really impressed with the hotel's ambiance; we loved the decor. If you enjoy taking photos, you'll get some amazing shots here. As soon as you enter the room, the balcony offers expansive views of Guilin Romance Park and the mountains opposite, with mountains behind the hotel too. And the hotel's windows are incredibly, incredibly clean, making the view so clear and giving you that feeling of being 'immersed in the landscape.'
Although there's construction in front of the hotel, you barely hear anything once the door is closed, so it doesn't disturb your rest.
The facilities are also incredibly comprehensive: a tea room, meeting rooms, laundry room, gym, and a rooftop pool – everything you could ask for, and all of high quality. The sofas and chairs are very comfortable, and the shower water pressure is excellent, making for a fantastic shower!
It's also very kid-friendly. There's a small ball pit downstairs where we put our baby when it was sunny; he had a great time, and we got some relaxation. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the dishes even changed over the two days we stayed, so we didn't get bored. There's also an adjoining Western restaurant downstairs, which was very convenient for meals.
I also have to praise the service; the staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive.
Overall, our stay was absolutely perfect. If I come back to Yangshuo, I'll definitely choose this hotel again. Oh, and I highly recommend Guilin Romance Park too; the activities are rich and varied, making for a truly fulfilling experience!

Both breakfast and dinner at the hotel were incredibly rich and delicious, and service requests were met promptly. They were almost always able to accommodate personalized requests, and the anniversary cake was of excellent quality, which was very touching. However, the room decor was simple, and the facilities were dated. There was mold growing in the bathroom corners, no bathtub or smart toilet, and the floors were discolored. The afternoon tea was a bit basic, but the staff were proactive and enthusiastic with their service. We even received a parting gift, for which we are very grateful! 🙏 Wishing them all the best for the future.

GGuest UserHonestly, this is by far the most satisfying and best value-for-money hotel I've ever stayed at – definitely a top rating! I came alone during the off-season, so the value was fantastic. The hotel's facilities are also excellent. There's a beautiful observation deck on the eighth floor, and the hotel staff thoughtfully set up some photo spots. The weather here is indeed quite hot and humid, but there's a small swimming pool on the second floor. If you're staying at the hotel, you can take a dip there to escape the heat. The hotel also offers simple breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I didn't get to see the lunch or dinner options as I mostly ate out, but the breakfast spread is very comprehensive. In the restaurant, there's a self-service station for drinks and water, which is super convenient for someone like me who only drinks hot water. After check-in, the front desk even sends a lot of local travel tips and information via WeChat, which is incredibly thoughtful. The room is beautiful, and I was lucky enough to be assigned a room with a stunning mountain view right outside the window. Waking up to the chirping of birds in the morning made for a wonderful start to the day. If you're looking to explore this area or stay for an extended period, I highly recommend choosing this hotel – it's truly excellent!

GGuest UserRight by the Li River, with Guanlian Pier just downstairs, and West Street a few minutes' walk away – it's a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. Renting a scooter to explore the Ten-Mile Gallery and Yulong River was super convenient, making travel a breeze. I booked a river-view room, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows framed the Li River landscape perfectly, like a painting! Watching the sunrise from bed and enjoying the sunset in the evening created an incredible atmosphere.
The网红 (internet-famous) Sky Mirror on the 9th floor is a must-visit! It offers an unobstructed 270° panoramic view of the Li River and the karst peaks – every shot looks like it's from a magazine.
Looks, location, comfort, and value for money – this place has it all! If you're coming to Yangshuo, just pick this hotel blindly. I stayed here and now I just want to keep coming back! Next time I'm in Yangshuo, I'll definitely stay at Shixi Tianyue again! Highly recommend! 👍

GGuest UserTo be honest, I later stayed at another Destination Expert hotel that was only a few tens of yuan more expensive, but it was much larger. I booked this one because I saw its high ratings and numerous bookings on the platform. Overall, I found it to be just average, whether it was the breakfast, room decor, or room size. The deluxe twin room faced the street, so the view wasn't great. Since the price was only slightly cheaper, I guess I can't expect too much. Although customer service promised a refund for a good review, I feel obligated to be fair to future guests. If you have high standards, don't book the deluxe twin; try other better rooms instead.

The hotel breakfast was amazing with a huge selection, and the service was excellent (the pastries from the bakery section were exceptionally good, especially the honey cake!). Every staff member was enthusiastic, greeting us proactively and offering assistance. We'll definitely choose Shangri-La again next time.

Many areas feature deliberate 'white space' rather than being overly cluttered, which really shows the owner's genuine dedication. I absolutely love it. I'd been feeling quite restless during my stay in Yangshuo, but stepping into the hotel room immediately brought a sense of calm. I have to commend the designer for all the clever little touches. The room offers a 270-degree view, showcasing both mountain scenery and the beautiful surrounding landscapes.
The first floor boasts a swimming pool, hot springs, and a restaurant, while the rooftop has a bar with excellent sound system. You could easily spend a good amount of time relaxing here, enjoying the hotel's amenities without feeling the need to rush out for sightseeing.
