This hotel is perfectly situated along the Yulong River within the Ten-Mile Gallery, and its overall environment is simply impeccable. Open your window to an endless view of karst peaks, surrounded by mountains and rivers. The courtyard boasts lush greenery, and there's a viewing terrace and a swimming pool. Every corner offers a picturesque spot for photos. Unlike the bustling West Street, this entire space is tranquil and therapeutic. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, ensuring an undisturbed night's sleep. The in-room amenities are comprehensive, with a smart home system and TOTO brand bathroom fixtures, providing a wonderful living experience. If you're looking to relax, unwind, and escape the city noise, this is the perfect place.
Its location is another huge plus, making getting around incredibly convenient. You can rent an electric scooter right outside to explore the Ten-Mile Gallery, and the Yulong River bamboo rafting dock is within walking distance. Attractions like the Big Banyan Tree, Moon Hill, Ruyi Peak, Silver Cave, and Impression Sanjie Liu, as well as West Street, are all just a short drive away. For those driving, there are EV charging stations and free parking spaces, making both cycling and driving stress-free and simplifying your travel itinerary.

GGuest UserThis villa is absolutely amazing, the entire design is just my style. There are projectors both upstairs and downstairs, which is such a thoughtful touch, and the landlady even specifically bought a vanity table. The location is also fantastic, a 15-minute drive to the town, and just a 10-minute walk to the Yulong River Old County Pier.
I especially have to rave about the hotel bar! The landlady personally mixes drinks for you, and the cocktails are genuinely delicious. She used to be a bartender in Chengdu, and her drinks are even better than ones I've had in Hong Kong! Plus, the bar's decor is really cool, with an American record vibe. I really urge the owners to promote the bar more! The landlady even gave me a free bartending lesson – a truly unique experience!
And the room was spotlessly clean with a beautiful view!

GGuest UserCame to Guilin with my best friend and we were so happy with our stay at the Versailles Hotel! The location is fantastic, the service is thoughtful, and the facilities are comprehensive. We loved the modern style and the environment was really nice and clean. It's close to all the main attractions and there are tons of great food options nearby. A special shout-out to the front desk staff – they were so enthusiastic and attentive, always quick to help with anything we needed. We really felt the hotel's personalized service and management. We'll definitely be back next time we're in town!

CCristinaZhangSeriously, what a find! This guesthouse is located at the highest point in Jinkeng Dazhai that's accessible by car, which saved us a lot of uphill walking. From here, it's just a 10-minute walk to Observation Deck No. 2 and 20 minutes to Observation Deck No. 1. The rooms are equipped with all sorts of high-tech facilities, spacious and comfortable, with a faint scent of tung oil. The large balcony offers direct views of the stunning rice terraces, perfect for time-lapse photography, or simply lounging around, daydreaming and sipping tea – a truly relaxing experience. We stayed here for two comfortable nights. The guesthouse even has an elevator, making it super convenient to get to the fourth floor. The owner's cooking is absolutely amazing, and even breakfast was very generous. They served complimentary homemade rice wine with every meal, and even gave us a souvenir when we left. The owner is incredibly thoughtful!

YYouxiandeyunThe hotel's location right by the Li River is quite peaceful, which I prefer over the noisy West Street area since I'm a light sleeper. I really appreciate that the front desk upgraded my room type. It's not far from West Street pedestrian street either, offering a quiet escape while still being convenient, almost like being on a backstreet in the countryside. The hotel also has its own restaurant where I ate both my meals; the food was delicious and good value for money, plus guests get a 10% discount. After dinner, a stroll along the river is lovely and relaxing, with locals also out for walks. You can get some great photos of the river and mountain views from the hotel's rooftop. They also offer self-service laundry and drying, which is super handy given how rainy and humid the weather can be here. All the staff, including housekeeping and restaurant servers, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Stepping out of the hotel, you're right on West Street, which is bustling with local life and very lively. It's also super convenient for getting to all the attractions. Overall, it was a good stay.

The location next to Elephant Trunk Hill's Gate 1 is incredibly convenient. A special shout-out to the night shift staff member who was on duty when we arrived at 1 AM. He was so attentive and patiently answered all our questions; truly outstanding! After years of traveling and staying in countless hotels, this one easily ranks among my top favorites. Highly recommend!

MML010New hotel with great modern comforts. Supreme location and even better service. Rooms are futuristic, equipped met voice-controlled AI that operates lighting, windows and more. Rooms are small, but compact and comfortable, providing five-star amenities and service in a locale that has limited logistical support for true modern luxury. As a result, one of the nicest boutique stays during my trip in China. Service is really the big star here: from check-in to meals, laundry and help booking activities, the hotel's human touch and concierge service (also available via WeChat) is absolutely fantastic. From daily things like helping us with laundry and heating meals, as well travel highlights like helping to book great activities at good prices. Friendly, helpful and kind, every moment with the hotel staff they've gone above and beyond to provide an amazing experience. Special recommendation to book the traditional night fishing activity, which was really a unique experience. Hotel also runs a small restaurant close-by which serves amazing local home-cooked food at decent prices, really worth trying some time. Breakfast buffet is also simple, nutritional and great tasting. Moreover, amenities are comprehensive, extras are conveniently grabbed from reception, there's a convenience store open late downstairs and a coffee shop open early in the morning, in the same building. Did I mention amazing location? Right at the Xingping warf, with the higher level rooms overlooking the legendary 20 Yuan-bill-panorama from the room window. Rooms have balconies, baths, really nice. 15 minutes walk from everything, including the ancient town shopping and food streets, as well as all major sights. Literally 1 minute from the ferry across the river, from where you can grab Didi's to explore the other side of the area (don't taxi all the way around, just ferry and didi after). Again, amazing hotel, 100% recommended if you want to stay outside of overly touristy Yangshuo.

Right outside the door were West Street Pedestrian Street and the Xiao Lijiang River. The view from the hotel terrace was beautiful. You could rent a scooter and explore for a whole day. Plus, the service was warm and attentive. I was very satisfied with my stay.
