4-Star Hotels in Guilin

I chose this hotel for my trip to Yangshuo and was extremely satisfied. The location is great, and it's just a starting-fare taxi ride to West Street. Since twin rooms were unavailable on the day of my booking, I booked a family room instead. The room was huge, and the bathroom was equally spacious with a well-thought-out layout that showed great attention to detail. It also features a kids' play area and a large bathtub. There is a rooftop pool where children can splash around. The breakfast is a buffet offering a mix of Chinese and Western options. The service was prompt and excellent, and they even efficiently handled the cigarette smoke smell in the room. Spotlessly clean.

We had a wonderful stay. The front desk staff were extremely attentive and the check-in process was efficient. The room was clean, tidy, and dry, with fully equipped facilities and good sound insulation, ensuring a great and restful night's sleep. The hotel boasts a prime location, a pleasant environment, and easy transportation. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money. It's my top choice when visiting Guilin and definitely worth recommending.

The hotel actually have 2 buildings. The photos on trip.com is only showing the building 1 which is kind of misleading. I wasn't too happy with the allocation to building 2 initially as there is no view at all surrounded by nearby low rises. However the reception 小桃and the evening/ night shift young man is very helpful and polite. Our clothes got stuck in the dryer and he helped us out. The room where the breakfast is organized at building 1 fifth floor with the magnificent view. The courtyard of building 1 is also very nice where kid can learn fishing. The only other problem is there is gap between the bathroom blind and the see thru window. I would suggested the window to be tinted or extend the width of the blind for privacy. Otherwise the bathroom is the best one I have been to in this China trip. To get to the main shopping area west street, we need to take the Didi which is about 15 cny and there are many more choices for food and other services. But we like this hotel area where it is away from the bustling and markets.

The hotel is fully equipped with comprehensive facilities, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The bathroom features a wet-and-dry separation design. The buffet offers a wide variety of choices, and there is a nice outdoor area by the restaurant for relaxing and enjoying the view. Free parking spaces are available downstairs, and popular attractions like the Sun and Moon Pagodas and Elephant Trunk Hill are within walking distance.

The location is right at the entrance of Yitian West Street archway, making it extremely convenient for exploring the West Street and hailing a taxi. We got a room upgrade to room 310, which offers a peaceful retreat right in the bustling center—it was quiet at night and we slept very well. The room is spacious, featuring a tatami tea table, a large bathtub, a heated smart toilet, and even a heated towel rack in the bathroom. Toiletries also included body lotion. Other highlights include a high-speed hair dryer, electric curtains, and a very comfortable king-size bed. The front desk service was excellent, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. There was also a complimentary ”tipsy hour” in the evening. The lobby sells cultural and creative souvenirs, and I actually bought a cute plush crossbody bag.

A wonderful family hotel with spacious rooms, a pool and a very peaceful atmosphere. We stayed here as a family with children and really enjoyed our time. In Yangshuo, many hotels have beautiful mountain views, but this hotel stands out because it is not only scenic, but also very quiet, peaceful and comfortable inside. For us, this was a huge advantage. This is a warm family-style hotel where you feel that the owners truly care about every guest. The hostess was always nearby and personally paid attention to the quality of service. The staff were very friendly, polite and always ready to help. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was done on time, and everything felt well maintained. For this level of room, the price was very reasonable, which makes the hotel a very good value for money. Another big plus is the swimming pool. For a family trip, especially with children, having a pool at the hotel is a real advantage compared with many other hotels in the area. One of the nicest details was the afternoon tea with sweets — it made the stay feel even more welcoming and personal. The atmosphere of the hotel is calm and relaxing, which is exactly what you need in the mountains. The garden, the views, the fresh air and the peaceful environment helped us rest properly. The night before, we stayed in another hotel where it was noisy and uncomfortable because of construction nearby, so here we especially appreciated the silence, cleanliness and comfort. We finally had a proper rest. This hotel is a great choice for families, for people travelling with children, and for anyone who wants a quiet and cozy place surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery. We left with very warm impressions and would be happy to come back again. Highly recommended. В Яншо, как мы поняли, у многих отелей есть красивые виды на горы, но большое преимущество именно этого отеля в том, что здесь не только красиво, но ещё и очень тихо, спокойно и комфортно внутри. Для нас это было огромным плюсом. Это уютный семейный отель, где чувствуется настоящая забота о гостях. Хозяйка всегда была рядом и лично контролировала качество обслуживания. Персонал очень доброжелательный, вежливый, всегда старался помочь и сделать проживание максимально комфортным. Номер был очень просторный, чистый и удобный. Уборка проводилась вовремя, всё было аккуратно и приятно. Для такого уровня номера цена, на наш взгляд, очень недорогая, поэтому соотношение цены и качества здесь отличное. Отдельный большой плюс — наличие бассейна. Для семейной поездки, особенно с детьми, это действительно важное преимущество по сравнению со многими другими отелями в этом районе. Также нам очень понравились приятные детали: послеобеденный чай со сладостями, зелёный двор, красивые виды, свежий воздух и общая спокойная атмосфера. В горах именно такой отдых особенно ценен — здесь можно по-настоящему расслабиться и восстановиться. Ночь до этого мы провели в другом отеле, где рядом шла стройка, было шумно и душно. Поэтому здесь мы особенно оценили тишину, чистоту и комфорт. Мы наконец-то хорошо отдохнули. Отель отлично подойдёт для семей с детьми и для тех, кто ищет не шумное место, а спокойный, уютный отдых среди красивой природы. У нас остались очень тёплые впечатления, с удовольствием вернулись бы снова. Очень рекомендуем.

This made getting around during the National Day holiday very easy. There's no need to wake up early and jostle with crowds; you can immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Yangshuo's mountains and rivers right from the hotel.

I really want to leave a review of the hotel and the area in general. We stayed here with our family and children for two nights. We were absolutely delighted with the hotel and the hosts' hospitality! They welcomed us like family! Warm, thoughtful, and attentive! The boutique hotel is modern and stylish, with a smart home system throughout. Cleanliness, excellent air conditioning, crisp white linens, towels, and robes. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. Everything is new and perfect. It's a little piece of luxury, modern paradise amidst stunning mountain scenery! The food is incredibly delicious. We ate all our meals at the hotel and enjoyed every dish! The view from our room was stunning! Special thanks for taking us everywhere and patiently waiting while we explored. They gave us so many gifts! I'd dreamed of a photo shoot, and it was so nice to receive that as a gift! And the trip to the top of the mountain to watch the sunset was incredible, magical! Every moment was taken care of! All our wishes were fulfilled instantly, as if the hosts could read our minds. My worries about insects were in vain. No one bit us. We felt like we were in a fairy tale!!! I'll definitely come back to China again, and I'll definitely come back here and stay at this hotel!

Wonderful Stay Near Yangshuo Railway Station in xingping I recently stayed at this lovely hotel right beside Yangshuo Railway Station, and my entire experience was cozy, relaxing and highly satisfying, making it a great pick for both local and international travelers. The most convenient benefit is the complimentary shuttle service between Yangshuo Railway Station and the hotel, providing free pickups and drop-offs. This took all the stress out of traveling with heavy luggage after a train journey. One minor note: the shuttle only runs until 6 PM, so after this time, guests will need to arrange their own taxi to and from the station. The rooms are incredibly spacious, bright and immaculately clean. The room comes with a large bathtub and a mini-fridge and the best window view, the hotel has a reliable elevator for easy access to upper floors. The front desk staff were warm, polite and always ready to help with any requests during our stay. The hotel grounds are beautifully landscaped and peaceful. There is a charming garden area with a tree house, a swing, and a shaded chill-out spot surrounded by lush green trees, perfect for unwinding outdoors. Inside the garden sits a western-style restaurant, and right beside it is a small pond filled with colorful goldfish, which adds a calm, scenic vibe to the property. The hotel also features a nice swimming pool for guests to enjoy. The surrounding area blends historic old buildings that evoke the charm of traditional Chinese dynasties with modern amenities, striking a lovely balance between old-world character and comfort. Breakfast at the hotel mainly consists of local Yangshuo dishes, which is fantastic for guests who love regional Chinese flavors. Since many foreign visitors stay here, it would be a thoughtful improvement to add freshly brewed coffee from a machine and bread options to the breakfast spread, as not all international guests prefer noodles in the morning. We got great coffee from the on-site western restaurant in the garden, which was really tasty. For e-bike rentals, there are local vendors right next to the hotel gate offering bikes, though their prices are a bit on the higher side. If you walk just around 50 meters away from the hotel, you’ll find plenty of other rental shops with much more reasonable rates 30 yuan . Overall, every part of our stay felt comfortable and pleasant, and we truly enjoyed every moment here. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yangshuo, especially travelers looking for a convenient location near the train station and a peaceful, well-kept property with friendly service.

I stayed in Guilin for 2 nights on my way through. One of my friends had never been to Guilin before, so I specifically chose this hotel again because of its exquisite decor and unbeatable location (you can directly enter Elephant Trunk Hill Park from here). We took walks in Elephant Trunk Hill Park both in the morning and at night to enjoy it when there were fewer people. The hotel isn't expensive and offers great value for money. I didn't take many photos this time as I had already taken a lot during my previous visit.
