"The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the city center, with shopping districts just outside the door. Taxis are readily available, and it's close to all the attractions, saving a lot of travel time. It's a prime location in the city center, with endless options for dining, entertainment, and shopping nearby. Taxis to attractions are usually just the minimum fare. Despite being in a bustling area, it's surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The hygiene standards are top-notch; every corner gleams as if new, and the room is spotless – even a clean freak wouldn't find a fault. The staff doesn't bother you unnecessarily, but they are incredibly responsive if you need anything. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, the staff were polite and accommodating, and even enthusiastically recommended some great local eateries. Free parking and fast Wi-Fi are the icing on the cake – perfect! Overall, it feels just like coming home. The basic amenities are all there, the environment is cozy and comfortable, and the warm lighting is incredibly relaxing. Plus, parking is free, and the laundry room is also complimentary and easy to use. I managed to wash a week's worth of clothes in one go, which was incredibly convenient and hassle-free."

The dining area provides coffee and tea, and there are even ethnic costumes available to try on, which shows the owner's thoughtfulness. The location is excellent, right at the entrance of East-West Alley, and across from Zhengyang Road Pedestrian Street. There are also small shops to browse within the same complex, and Elephant Trunk Hill and Sun and Moon Pagodas are all within walking distance! Highly recommend."

"The hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable! It's right next to Zhengyang Pedestrian Street and all the major attractions like Xiangshan Mountain, all within walking distance, making sightseeing and shopping incredibly convenient. The rooms are clean and tidy, with complete amenities. The rooftop observation deck is the real highlight – you can take in the breathtaking views of the Li River from there, the scenery is absolutely stunning. All the pictures below were taken from the observation deck. The service was warm and meticulous, attentive and thoughtful throughout, making us feel completely at home. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of delicious options. Overall, our stay was super satisfying, and this will be our top choice for future visits to Guilin!"

PPipajiKicking off our spring break, we headed south through Guilin, Yangshuo, Nanning, and Beihai. Yangshuo Wangjianglou Inn was by far the most comfortable and convenient place we stayed. The inn's design and layout exceeded my expectations; the quality was truly impressive. Given the limitations of the building itself, they ingeniously installed a luggage elevator, which was incredibly thoughtful for both guests and staff – big thumbs up! Yangshuo county is quite small, so there's really no need to stay directly in the scenic area (it's inconvenient, overpriced, and you'd need taxis for meals and transportation, adding to costs). Staying in the West Street commercial district was a very smart decision. We stayed and ate at Wangjianglou (for those who know, their restaurant is a super popular, must-try spot in Yangshuo with long queues!). As a guest, you don't have to wait; the front desk concierge helps with reservations directly, and you even get a 10% discount on meals, which is a fantastic deal. I'm already planning to bring my family back after May Day and will definitely be staying at Wangjianglou again!

Because I rarely stay in B&Bs, I was quite concerned about the hygiene of this hotel. But it truly exceeded all my expectations. The cleanliness was impeccable, absolutely on par with high-end five-star hotels. All the toiletries were Acqua di Parma, and the citrus scent was delightful. The bedding was comfortable, with just the right firmness, and the duvet was perfectly weighted – very thoughtful details. The service was superb; from the moment I parked my car, staff members were there to help with luggage and even hold an umbrella. There were plenty of parking spaces, and branded EV chargers were available. Before heading out, the front desk would arrange electric scooter rentals, delivered right to the hotel entrance. The complimentary drinks at the front desk, complete with ice, were always available – truly, having stayed in hotels both domestically and internationally, the convenience and overall experience here are top-tier. There aren't many rooms, so service is prompt, and the soundproofing is excellent. The views were astonishing from the moment I walked in.
Every single detail was fantastic, making this one of the warmest hotel experiences I've ever had. It was so great, I'd genuinely love to extend my stay if I had the time. It's so good that if I ever bring my children and elderly parents, I will absolutely, without a doubt, choose this place again.
I hope they continue to thrive and their business prospers! I heard they're opening in Chongzuo, and I'll definitely visit if I get the chance.

Every corner offers a picturesque spot for photos. Unlike the bustling West Street, this entire space is tranquil and therapeutic. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, ensuring an undisturbed night's sleep. The in-room amenities are comprehensive, with a smart home system and TOTO brand bathroom fixtures, providing a wonderful living experience. If you're looking to relax, unwind, and escape the city noise, this is the perfect place.
Its location is another huge plus, making getting around incredibly convenient. You can rent an electric scooter right outside to explore the Ten-Mile Gallery, and the Yulong River bamboo rafting dock is within walking distance. Attractions like the Big Banyan Tree, Moon Hill, Ruyi Peak, Silver Cave, and Impression Sanjie Liu, as well as West Street, are all just a short drive away. For those driving, there are EV charging stations and free parking spaces, making both cycling and driving stress-free and simplifying your travel itinerary.

GGuest UserThis villa is absolutely amazing, the entire design is just my style. There are projectors both upstairs and downstairs, which is such a thoughtful touch, and the landlady even specifically bought a vanity table. The location is also fantastic, a 15-minute drive to the town, and just a 10-minute walk to the Yulong River Old County Pier.
I especially have to rave about the hotel bar! The landlady personally mixes drinks for you, and the cocktails are genuinely delicious. She used to be a bartender in Chengdu, and her drinks are even better than ones I've had in Hong Kong! Plus, the bar's decor is really cool, with an American record vibe. I really urge the owners to promote the bar more! The landlady even gave me a free bartending lesson – a truly unique experience!
And the room was spotlessly clean with a beautiful view!

They have a playground for kids, a paper fan painting activity, and an infinity pool. On a clear day, you can even see Elephant Trunk Hill. Shopping nearby is very convenient, and it's close to all the scenic spots. We enjoyed the sights and sounds while eating and drinking along the way.

Rroundy00The environment at The Sugar House is absolutely stunning, no doubt about it. The hotel activities are also excellent; I tried both the complimentary morning yoga and Tai Chi classes every day, and the instructors were fantastic. The included travel photography session was also great, with a very natural style. I also have to praise the hotel restaurants – both the food and the ambiance are superb. Whether it was Chinese cuisine, Western dishes, or casual meals, everything was well-prepared. We also tried the hotel's paid activity, the Via Ferrata, which was a lot of fun! My only minor complaint is that it was too short and didn't last long enough. The only real downside was actually the room. Given that it's nearly 10 years old, it felt a bit dated, and the decor style was a bit outmoded. BUT! Overall, I'm very satisfied and would definitely choose this hotel again!!

Our room even had a balcony, and sitting there sipping tea while gazing at Rong Lake below truly felt like escaping the hustle and bustle, bringing a sense of calm.
