The service was great! They were really patient checking us in and answering our questions. They even helped us order food at the stall across the street and taught us how to order Guilin’s famous rice noodles from a local shop. We were given a room upgrade and it was gigantic. The location is also close to many attractions within walking distance. There was no smoke smell in the room but occasionally there would be smoke coming in from other rooms. The room was very clean.

We had one night at this hotel. It was a few steps away from the centre where we needed to before our marathon. The staff were friendly and very helpful with any requests we had.
