PPipajiKicking off our spring break, we headed south through Guilin, Yangshuo, Nanning, and Beihai. Yangshuo Wangjianglou Inn was by far the most comfortable and convenient place we stayed. The inn's design and layout exceeded my expectations; the quality was truly impressive. Given the limitations of the building itself, they ingeniously installed a luggage elevator, which was incredibly thoughtful for both guests and staff – big thumbs up! Yangshuo county is quite small, so there's really no need to stay directly in the scenic area (it's inconvenient, overpriced, and you'd need taxis for meals and transportation, adding to costs). Staying in the West Street commercial district was a very smart decision. We stayed and ate at Wangjianglou (for those who know, their restaurant is a super popular, must-try spot in Yangshuo with long queues!). As a guest, you don't have to wait; the front desk concierge helps with reservations directly, and you even get a 10% discount on meals, which is a fantastic deal. I'm already planning to bring my family back after May Day and will definitely be staying at Wangjianglou again!

BBeizhuyixiabaThe location is excellent, very close to the 20-yuan Lijiang River scenic pier. The environment is clean and tidy, and the room is very spacious. The service attitude is superb. I booked for two nights and was supposed to check out by 12 PM on the third day. However, on the second night, my child was hit by a car and transferred to Guilin Hospital. It wasn't until the evening of the third day that my husband had time to go check out and pack our luggage. The owner kept the room for us and didn't rush us to check out at all. The owner is a truly compassionate person; they repeatedly inquired about my child's condition, didn't charge us for the late checkout, and even gave my child a red envelope. For this booking, the owner truly went above and beyond, practically losing money. Such big-hearted owners are truly rare. I wish the owner a prosperous business and abundant wealth. Thank you for your immense kindness.

KKate IonsunI really like this hotel! It is not new but very cozy and atmospheric with traditional wooden decorations! It is really nice to experience local rural atmosphere and hospitality. The rooms are warm and clean with beautiful design. The food in Luna restaurant is delicious. Special thanks to the owner- a very sweet and helpful lady who is polite and speaks good English! The hotel is situated right opposite the Moon hill which gives a stunning view, but be ready to see a lot of tourists around. Will come back next time for a longer stay! 😊👍🏻

From upstairs, you can see the mountain scenery. Having a washing machine is a huge plus, and there's even a self-service tea room.

GGuest UserStaying at Piao Qu was a delightful surprise! The outdoor pool area exceeded my expectations – the water was crystal clear and clean, surrounded by lush greenery. The service was excellent; they thoughtfully provided us with a guide to local dining, activities, and attractions. All the facilities inside were brand new and in perfect condition. The appliances, furniture, and leisure equipment were well-maintained, felt great to use, and were fully functional. The amenities were incredibly comprehensive, with everything from toiletries and relaxation areas to sunshades and convenient facilities. My room was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully prepared, and the disposable toiletries covered all my needs. The property has a mature and well-maintained system in place; the pool's water circulation system operates continuously. I saw staff cleaning the public areas multiple times a day, and equipment was regularly inspected and maintained, ensuring everything was perfectly cared for. The environment was clean and refreshing. Piao Qu is definitely my top choice for a vacation in Yangshuo!

The location is simply unbeatable. Nestled right in the stunning Ten Mile Gallery scenic area and just steps away from the Yulong River, the hotel is surrounded by dramatic karst mountains, lush greenery, and peaceful village landscapes. It felt like waking up inside a postcard every morning. Being so close to attractions like bamboo rafting spots, Moon Hill, and scenic cycling routes made exploring the area incredibly easy and enjoyable.
The property itself is beautifully designed with a modern yet calming aesthetic. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very thoughtfully put together, with large windows that opened up to breathtaking mountain and river views. Every detail—from the comfortable bedding to the high-quality amenities—made it feel like a premium stay.
What really stood out was the peaceful atmosphere. Unlike the busier parts of Yangshuo, this area felt serene and immersive, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. We loved taking quiet morning walks by the river and even cycling through the Ten Mile Gallery—it’s truly one of the most scenic areas in the region.

LLost_in_the_JungleWe were seeking a peaceful getaway from the city for a few days in the mountains of Yangshuo, and this place really lived up to its name!
The view from our balcony was spectacular, no photo can really capture how the lush green mountains rise up all around you!
Our room was so clean and open and spacious, with lots of drawers and cabinets and places to hang your things. The bed linens were silky soft and comfortable, and the towels are nice, too.
Our room was really so comfortable, that when it was raining we just lazed about in our room, napping on the daybed, watching movies on the big TV, or reading in the bath.
Speaking of the bath, honestly the most epic view from a tub that I have ever experienced!
When it was too hot and humid in the day, we lounged in the crystal blue pool- what a treat to swim in the cool water with the mountains all around you!
When we felt like exploring beyond the village, we were able to rent e-bikes right there for a great price, it was so convenient.
They have a buffet Chinese breakfast in the morning, and the Guilin rice noodle was delish and so authentic. We also loved the homemade soymilk, it was so good, even my husband who doesn't really like soymilk kept drinking it!
We enjoyed the modern zen feel of the hotel, its very calming with water features, and little garden features everywhere.
Most of all, the location of the hotel is really special, you are in the back of an old traditional village, making it sooooo quiet, so peaceful. No noisy tourists to be seen anywhere!!! The staff was friendly and chill and helpful.
But, when we wanted to go out for a treat, we would just walk a few steps into the center of the village where there are some really lovely coffee shops in ancient garden courtyards, and we would eat at one of our favorite restaurants, the Secret Garden Cafe, which has yummy Chinese and Western food.
We can't wait to come back and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a restful escape from the hustle and bustle.

GGuest User🚗Convenience: I drove from Chengdu to Guilin with a friend's family. The journey was long, so we decided to stay at Longji halfway up the mountain as our first stop. After looking around online and communicating with the boss, we chose Yunman! When we parked at the foot of the mountain and walked to the parking lot, the owner was already waiting for us at the door, which was very thoughtful.
🛏️Beauty: When we arrived at the accommodation, we were attracted by the scenery in front of us. Outside the balcony was the terraced fields. We drank tea and ate with the breeze on our faces. It felt very comfortable. We told the boss that we were tired from the journey and we were going to take a break and go fishing. The boss also contacted Baba Shishi for us.
🌄Excellent location: It is very convenient to walk to the scenic spots on both sides, and the night stroll in the village next to it is also very close. We went to the Jiulong Wuhu Observation Deck first because we were going to catch fish. The children walked barefoot on the stone road, and wild strawberries could be picked everywhere on the roadside. They were so sweet, the scenery was beautiful, and it was a surprise~ The adults had more fun than the children in the fishing activity😂
🏡Comfortable: We booked a twin bed, the room is spacious and bright, the balcony has unlimited scenery, the night is lit by candlelight, the stars are twinkling, and tourists who hike at night walk with flashlights. Apart from the darkness, there are moving lights as companions, as if you are in the starry sky. As a background for the balcony, it is simply amazing, haha. My friend didn't have much expectations for the terraced fields, but when he arrived during the flooding period, he got used to it, and it was also beautiful. My friend felt very good and the experience was full!
🥗Delicious: We ordered the meal directly in the restaurant. The boss asked the restaurant chef to cook the fish we caught for us. We originally wanted to do it ourselves, but our husband talked to the chef and withdrew because he felt that the chef was very professional. The chicken tasted great in two ways. This meal was the best we had on the way, bar none. The rice wine was delicious. It was a pity that we didn’t eat the snails recommended by the boss. When we left, the boss sent us to the parking lot. Next time we go, we will go there to have a good time!
👏Very good accommodation environment, with natural white noise to help you sleep at night. Both adults and children slept comfortably and woke up feeling refreshed. Yunman Tianjian is highly recommended!

The boss lady is a marathon enthusiast, and the medals hanging all over her🏅 make me, a rookie marathon beginner, admire!
People who can persist in exercise will definitely be more warm in doing business.
On the first night, the boss lady's son sent old-age small green tangerines, which were very comfortable to soak for a few times. The next day, the little beauty pointed out the authentic store for eating Guilin rice noodles to experience Guilin's food. It was really full of praise, ordinary and delicious. Thank you for the warm hospitality of the people of Guilin. It is worth recommending.
