"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Guilin and would highly recommend it to international travelers. The rooms are exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. The hotel is thoughtfully designed and well-maintained, and you can really feel the attention to detail throughout the property.
What stood out most was the service—staff were attentive, helpful, and went beyond our expectations to meet every need quickly and efficiently. Communication was smooth, even for international guests, which made the entire stay stress-free.
A lovely bonus was the Italian-style coffee machine located downstairs, which served excellent coffee and made mornings even better.
Overall, a fantastic experience and excellent value. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Guilin."

"Heshe Hotel stands as one of the finest resorts for accommodation in Guilin. Their hospitality, culinary offerings, ambiance, and staff are all exceptionally delightful and helpful.
Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by amazing front desk attendant, Melody. She assisted us through out our stay and made sure we’re comfortable and well taken care of and our tour guide, Eric, who communicated fluently in English, significantly easing our experience as non-Chinese speakers.
The owner was equally gracious, sharing their barbecue with us, creating a sense of homeliness. This hotel is located just 15 minutes from the main tourist attractions, with rooms that are very clean and offer breathtaking views.
I am definitely coming back again."

"The environment here is really great! The lady at the front desk saw we had two large suitcases and even upgraded our room. The hygiene is excellent, and there's a full-length mirror. I especially loved the large window that made the room so bright during the day. I was surprised to find a scale, and the slippers were even individually sealed. They offer laundry and drying service; you just hand your clothes to the front desk, and they'll take care of it. Plus, they gave us a late check-out. The hotel is also super close to the scenic spots, easily reachable by foot or a shared bike. I highly recommend it to everyone!"

"We had a beautiful stay at Secret Courtyard Resort Hotel! The hotel is beautiful, well equipped with everything we needed - fresh water and towels everyday, option to chose between Chinese and Western breakfast and delicious fruits.
Xiaoming was so nice to give us the e-bikes to drive around Guilin for free and we enjoyed using them a lot!
If we had any questions about the area or needed a ticket for the li yang river cruise he immediately took care of it for us.
We had also had a pickup from the train station so we didn’t need to find the way to the resort on our own.
It was a wonderful stay.

"A homestay that is very suitable for a quiet and restful, the room is simple, clean and comfortable, the most important thing is that the service and atmosphere are very good, the first surprise comes from the book on the door shelf, choose the book taste online; Then the front desk lady asked if she wanted to eat Chinese or Western breakfast the next day. When her brain said ”all”, haha, she was actually satisfied, so she had a Western breakfast + a copy of hand + two cups of coffee configuration, um, as the big stomach king, I finished both. In addition, there are many foreign guests in the store, and I accidentally looked at a foreign lady. I told her ”hello” and she told me ”hello”. Haha, in short, it was very comfortable."

"Facilities: The environment is good and well worth it. The shuttle service to Guihai Qinglan is very convenient.
Hygiene: It's very clean. They upgraded us to a suite for free, which was very comfortable, like being at home. It seems to be a converted apartment.
Ambiance: The scenery is incredible; every photo turns out beautiful. The landscaping is excellent. Although it's a man-made scenic area, the aesthetics are spot-on.
Service: The service is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast is also good, and the rice noodles are delicious. The shuttle service was enthusiastic and proactive, which was great.
If you're coming to Guihai Qinglan, I highly recommend staying here for a night."

"Before checking into this hotel, the front desk staff were very welcoming. The room was spacious, and the toiletries were disposable. The hotel breakfast was a buffet with a rich variety of options. The restaurant staff were very friendly and proactively refilled food, so I barely saw any empty dishes. For friends traveling by car, there's no need to worry about parking. They have both above-ground and underground parking lots with plenty of spaces, and there are even charging stations for new energy vehicles, which is very convenient."

"I'd like to share my experience of staying here, and I highly recommend this guesthouse when visiting Guilin! The overall environment is refreshing and pleasant, offering an excellent stay. The room was incredibly comfortable, with a design and layout that was truly eye-catching. It was fully equipped with disposable amenities, showing attention to detail. The guesthouse's location is great, with accurate navigation, making it very convenient to book rides via Didi (a ride-hailing app). The owner is incredibly kind, warm, and easy-going. Not only is he friendly, but his cooking skills are also outstanding; I can't forget the authentic beer fish he made. The service throughout was meticulous and attentive, always ready to answer questions and fulfill requests. This guesthouse added many wonderful memories to my trip, and I highly recommend it!"

"Facilities: It seems like all rooms are on the second floor, and there's an elevator. The amenities are very comprehensive, including a laundry room and dryer, which is separate. There's even a microwave inside the room!

Environment: You can tell the owner has high standards for the environment. They've made the corners look really appealing, decorated in a tea ceremony style that's great for photos.
