Choosing the right accommodation truly elevated our Yangshuo trip, and the Yangshuo Xishi Jinshe (Shili Gallery Yulong River Store) is a divine hotel nestled amidst the mountains and rivers. Our experience was absolutely perfect from start to finish – I wholeheartedly recommend it!
Before I dive into the review, I have to praise the service. It was thoughtful, warm, attentive, and considerate throughout our stay, making us feel incredibly cherished. 🥰
The hotel's location is absolutely stunning, right by the Qinglong Bridge on the Yulong River. From the large floor-to-ceiling window next to our bed, we had direct views of the continuous karst peaks and the gently flowing Yulong River, with bamboo rafts slowly drifting by our window. Every glance offered a picturesque, ink-wash painting-like scene. The design is simple yet sophisticated, blending perfectly with the natural landscape. The super-large floor-to-ceiling windows, courtyard lawn, and the rooftop 'sky mirror' all provided perfect photo opportunities. The environment is serene and peaceful, completely away from the hustle and bustle, creating an incredibly immersive atmosphere.
I must commend the service again; it was exceptionally thoughtful, offering full butler-style service. Every front desk staff member was enthusiastic and meticulous, always ready to assist with any questions. The attention to detail was impeccable, making the entire experience relaxing and heartwarming. We initially booked for only two nights, planning to try another hotel for a different view, but we were so touched by the service that we extended our stay for another two nights. The service was truly exceptional.
The downstairs restaurant exceeded our expectations. The ingredients were fresh and authentic. The Guilin rice noodles, beer fish, and braised chicken 🐓 were all delicious, and the eggplant 🍆 and green beans were incredibly fragrant. We had dinner there four times in a row, and each meal was satisfying and enjoyable; our whole family loved the food.
The hotel's infinity pool offers direct views of the beautiful mountains and rivers. Our children spent several afternoons playing there. The area around the pool is comfortable and well-equipped, allowing adults to relax and enjoy the scenery while the kids have fun.
It was a truly healing and immersive experience amidst the mountains and rivers. The environment, service, dining, and facilities were all top-notch. Whether for a relaxing getaway or a family trip, this is definitely a treasure choice for a stay in Yangshuo!

The room is built right by the river; opening the window reveals the quietly flowing water and continuous mountain peaks. In the morning, mist swirls, and in the evening, the glow of the sunset paints the water – it's unbelievably beautiful.
The bedding was very comfortable, and the facilities were clean and well-designed, with thoughtful touches evident everywhere.
The service was also very attentive. The front desk lady was gentle and enthusiastic, and her recommendations for local Guilin rice noodles and the Yulong River bamboo raft route were excellent.
Sitting on the riverside terrace at night, feeling the breeze and listening to the water, I felt completely healed. It's not just a hotel; it's a place where you can truly find peace of mind. GGuest UserStaying at Miaozai Shanye in Yangshuo was a great choice! The Yangshuo Shanye collection offers breathtaking ink-wash mountain views right from the window. It's truly spectacular, capturing the essence of Yangshuo's beauty. The facilities are excellent, with an infinity pool and 'Sky Mirror' that are perfect for photos. They even offer a complimentary travel photoshoot, which was amazing. Plus, it's super close to all the major attractions. If you're coming to Yangshuo, you absolutely shouldn't miss this place!

Open your window and you're greeted by verdant mountains. The Yulong River winds like a silk ribbon, and the unique 'camel crossing the river' formation can be seen from the courtyard. A 10,000㎡ lawn stretches like a green carpet all the way to the riverside, and when the wind blows, it carries the fresh, clean scent of grass and river water.
Graceful deer roam through the woods, gentle and mild-eyed. You can offer them fresh vegetables, and when they look up, their eyes reflect the mountain light and cloud shadows, softening the entire mountain wilderness from dawn till dusk.
Full-length windows in the rooms act as natural frames. As you lie back, the mountains and water embrace you. Watch the thin mist curl around the peaks in the morning, and the molten gold of the sunset in the evening. On clear days, the peaks reflect in the emerald river; when it rains, a hazy, dreamlike mist turns it into a fairy tale. All four seasons here are pure poetry.
Our pool is a sapphire gem nestled amidst the mountains and water. The infinity pool merges with the distant peaks, and the starlit pool twinkles with stars after dark. As you enter the water, mountain shadows dance with the ripples, and the sky's light blends with the water's color. Every captured moment is a stunning, filter-free landscape shot that pool enthusiasts will absolutely adore.
Here, daily life means sleeping to the sound of the waves and waking up to the mountains. Breakfast brings a warm, homely feeling, and sweet soup offers a gentle goodnight. The ingredients are fresh and pure, truly gifts from nature.
Step out and you're immediately in the Ten-Mile Gallery. You can cycle to West Street or the 'Impression Sanjie Liu' show, making it perfect for both activity and tranquility – an excellent location.
No rushing itineraries, no seeking hustle and bustle. Just at Yuyuan Jingshe, befriend the deer, be neighbors with the mountains, and be companions with the water. Live your days like a poem, and truly inhabit a living landscape painting.

The room was clean, with a new Chinese style that felt peaceful and comfortable. The infinity pool faces the green mountains, perfect for photos. Breakfast included Guilin rice noodles, and the afternoon oil tea was a comforting touch. The service was attentive, and the overall atmosphere is ideal for relaxing and unwinding. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Yangshuo.

WWusuobunengdexiaoheigeI’d been eyeing this place since its Alila days, but only managed to visit after it was delisted. Post-delisting, it feels too much like an influencer hotspot, losing that luxury resort charm.
Our room was arranged too close to the road. The trucks speeding along the mountain road made closing the windows almost useless. What I found most unacceptable were the linens. I really want to ask, how many years have these linens been in use? Whether it was the pillows or the duvet, there was absolutely no sense of comfort or luxurious embrace you’d expect from a luxury resort. Just rough, heavy, suffocating fabrics, combined with the noisy traffic from the road, made for terrible sleep. I strongly suggest the hotel updates its linens, especially the pillows, as they are crucial, while also upgrading other hardware. The hotel is beautiful, but that's all it has going for it.
Reconstruction under a historical building gives it a new narrative, but from many angles, the operations feel more like hype than substance. After seeing the business trends in Yangshuo, it's hard for this place not to follow suit. I still recommend everyone to come and experience it, but when the only link a hotel has to luxury resort status is its high price, it's difficult for it to truly thrive.

The property itself is stunning. It’s beautifully designed with a perfect balance of comfort and style. Every detail has clearly been thought through, from the cozy furnishings to the high-quality amenities. The room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, the bed alone deserves a five-star review!
What really made this stay unforgettable was the level of service. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything I needed, offering helpful local recommendations and making us feel genuinely cared for.
The location is another huge highlight. It’s perfectly situated and close enough to everything you need, yet peaceful and quiet, making it ideal for relaxation. Whether you're exploring nearby attractions or just unwinding, it’s the perfect accommodation.
Little touches made a big difference too: thoughtful welcome items, well-stocked facilities, and an overall feeling of warmth and hospitality that you don’t come across often.
In short, this is hands down the best accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and an exceptional experience. I cannot wait to come back!

BBailang1995For this trip to Yangshuo, I specifically booked a night's stay in the Ten-Mile Gallery to experience bamboo rafting and enjoy some peace and quiet. It turns out, choosing this place was absolutely the right decision!
The hotel is right inside the Ten-Mile Gallery, and the location is truly excellent. The access road is good, and it's very close to Gongnong Bridge by the Yulong River. Waking up to the beautiful scenery of Yangshuo in the morning, I felt completely at peace, and the air was so much better than in the city.
As soon as you walk in, you can smell a faint, pleasant aroma. The lobby has a great design; it's not a flashy, 'nouveau riche' style, but rather very comfortable. The front desk lady was exceptionally friendly and helped us with our bags and luggage.
The hotel also offers a complimentary afternoon tea, with a perfect view of the scenery. The environment is beautiful, making it great for photos.
I booked a king-size room this time. The room was very clean, even the corners. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too firm; even with my back issues, I slept well and didn't feel tired. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the amenities smelled lovely. My favorite part was the floor-to-ceiling window; lying in bed and watching the misty mountains outside truly felt like 'a boat sailing on emerald waves, a person wandering through a painting.'
Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay and will definitely come back next time!

You can catch a bamboo raft right across from the hotel, and since it's in the heart of the scenic area, getting around is incredibly convenient. The Sky Mirror on the rooftop is absolutely stunning – it's like a panoramic painting of the 'Ten-Mile Gallery' right here in the county! The Joloves amenities and goose-down bedding feel incredibly soft and luxurious. The soundproofing at night was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful sleep during my stay.
✨ Hardware & Service: Understated Luxury, Experience First
The butler service was thoughtful and attentive, proactively planning itineraries and assisting with ticket bookings. They even offer a professional photographer for travel shots (Figures 12-15).
The breakfast offers a mix of Chinese and Western options, with freshly made Guilin rice noodles that are authentic and delicious. The afternoon tea (Figures 10-11) is exquisite and perfectly complements the mountain views, creating a truly delightful experience.

Directly opposite the 'Impression Sanjie Liu' show, it's just a 2-minute walk away. It's also conveniently located for accessing the Yulong River and West Street, easily reachable by electric scooter. The hotel offers a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling area, ensuring excellent privacy.
By day, open your window to the serene Karst peaks; by night, enjoy the spectacle of 'Impression Sanjie Liu' lights – truly offering the best of both worlds.
