This Vienna Convention and Exhibition Center Lijiang Riverside store is great from the front desk to the guest rooms and restaurants. The front desk is warm and thoughtful. There is a gymnasium and a swimming pool next to it. After dinner, it is really pleasant to take a walk and look at the mountain scenery. There is a world of guests as you go forward. There is Wanda Commercial District behind the square, which is really a prime location. The little girl at the front desk knew in advance that I was going to the store and immediately asked my preferences and helped me upgrade my room type for free. The lobby is very grand, the air conditioning is very powerful, and there are drinks to quench my thirst in the summer. The room is clean and tidy. When checking in, the front desk serves tea and greets politely. , and also recommended food and convenient routes, which was very detailed. There are also value-added services such as facial cleanser, makeup remover, sunscreen spray, hand cream, etc. next to the front desk. Thank you to the hotel for this attentive attention and warmth!

Jasper has a great little Dim-Sum Restaurant on the 1st floor. l love this place because it's medium priced and yummy. I take left overs to my room or to the train. Very convenient. My room was perfect... big TV, bathtub and separate shower, very clean, and they brought a fruit plate Provided hot water with tea... bring your own coffee. I really enjoyed my stay. I stayed two nights.

Come to test teaching capital. Near, the decoration is OK Bad experience: 1. It was so noisy that night, several girls were very loud, the sound insulation was very poor, and the sound upstairs was very loud. 2. It tastes great when I went in. I stayed for one night. My bag and hair are all the smell of the hotel. I don’t know if it’s very heavy disinfection. 3. Just ask if there is a toilet on the first floor, and directly say that the toilet is not borrowed... Absolutely loved this hotel! I thought the pictures looked a bit too good to be true for the price, but the rooms look exactly like the pictures. My friend and I booked a twin city view room to share, but upon arrival we loved it so much we changed to 2 separate queen bed, river view rooms. The service was amazing, staff spoke English and were very helpful with us changing our booking. Breakfast was delicious, the spa is amazing and I even bought some of their spa oils to take home (spa oils and eye masks are provided complimentary in the rooms). Drinks in the mini bar are also free and refilled every day. Close to everything you want to see. Hotel even arranged a car for us to go to the rice terraces. Waimai is also delivered straight to your room. Perfect, will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is designed in the style I like. There is a big night pearl and stalactites at the entrance, which is very distinctive. Walking through the corridor with a strong Chinese atmosphere, there is a Western restaurant with small bridges, flowing water and fish, as well as ancient style photo-taking and tea-making around the stove. My friend likes the artistic conception of the restaurant very much. The room is fully equipped, clean and tidy, with a light fragrance, which smells good. The hotel service is also very good. My friend forgot to bring makeup removers, and there was a female care corner at the front desk that could provide makeup remover towels. It was really thoughtful. I highly recommend the infinity pool on the top floor of the hotel. It is beautiful for taking photos. Although it happened to be a rainy day, the scenery is still very nice. My friend said that next time I have the opportunity, I must find a sunny day to experience it again. Strongly recommend!

The room is very nice and beautiful! It's antique, and the store has thoughtfully upgraded the room type. Each room has a tea set for making tea. It's also very clean. You can tell that the owner has carefully designed and decorated it. It's very suitable for taking pictures. There are also some good-looking clothes in the store that should be provided for customers to take pictures. It's a pity that I was too lazy to take pictures. The location is also very good, and it is very convenient to eat nearby. There is also a washing machine inside to wash clothes. The only drawback is that the wifi speed is a bit slow. Everyone can come and stay with confidence!

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, we had to check out early, but the staff was very kind and helpful with everything during the entire stay. One thing to note is that this hotel seems to specialize in group tour stays, so the hallways were exceptionally loud throughout our entire stay at all hours of the day and night so bring earplugs.

A lovely stay, despite a hiccup. Super comfortable bed and really clean room. Lots of interesting little artefacts and communal areas in the hotel and the staff are super friendly and helpful. We stayed for a one night stopover in Guilin before heading to the Longshen fields and it was perfect for this. It's right next to Elephant trunk hill so we were able to tick that off easily despite a very short stay. We had one night in Longshen coming up next and needed a way to get there the next day. We thought instead of taking the public bus we would check with the hotel to see if they did any direct shuttles. They said they'd be able to fit us in with their tour van the next day and although it was a scheduled tour, they could arrange to drop us off at a point near our next hotel if we paid for the seats and entry fee for the Longshen fields. It turned out there was a bit of a miscommunication and we ended up stuck on the tour for quite some time (including a lunch stop we didn't really want) before they reached our drop off point. The tour driver was also supposed to drop us off in an area past a payment checkpoint in Longshen but we were dropped off outside of it and had to pay the entrance fee again. The hotel attempted to help by sending us receipts of the payment made and asked us to go to the ticket office to seek a refund for the double up. The ticket office was a bit far from where we were staying and we simply did not have time to do that given our tight schedule. It was a bit annoying as it wasn't our fault that the tour driver dropped us off at the wrong place and we weren't re-imbursed for his mistake. We understand though that this all came down to a bit of a miscommunication and a language barrier (most the staff only spoke Mandarin but I can only speak Cantonese so could only communicate to one of the staff members). Everyone was trying their best to accommodate our request, so we are understanding of that. The mistake happened because we were trying to be too clever but ended up getting something we didn't want. My advice for anyone doing the same thing heading to Longshen from the area is to just use the public bus services as it will be much easier (and cheaper).

I was very pleasantly surprised. The stay was so comfortable. There was a small courtyard and a cafe. Breakfast was American-style sandwiches. I also had my obedient Corgi to accompany me for breakfast. I was so happy! The hotel is near the water and has a very good environment. It is quiet in the bustle. There is a delicious rice noodle shop at the door. It is also close to the scenic spots. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Guilin!
