酒店所有大床房全部臨街，特別特別吵，汽車聲音很大，一晚上會被吵醒十幾次的那種。吵的受不了住了一晚想退後麪的，酒店竟然不給退，態度特別差“你讓平台找我啊”，平台打電話他們裝不接，拖着我們時間不處理，竟然晾着我們倆小時，最後還是扣了我們房費。為了能休息好我們還是搬走了，一肚子氣。
其他方面：
超級不舒服的彈簧床，睡了一晚上背疼，酒店特別差設施很老，拖鞋刺刺的像針扎的完全不能穿。

北海城市便捷住的不錯，到桂林就直接訂了，安排的第一個房間，煙味非常大，找服務員，立馬就換房間了，視線不如北海的好，但住着也算舒服。
