服務很好，前台有根據我的習慣安排房間的，還贈送小零食，讓我有賓至如歸的感覺。酒店還提供免費洗衣服務，很適合我這種早出晚歸的出差人羣，出門往右上去就是公車站台，99路、11路都可到達，很方便。就是開車過來也很方便，酒店有專門人指引停車，免費停車哦。

每一次的出差我都是選擇城市便捷酒店，都少去了很多精力了，酒店的位置都很好找的，也非常的方便，距離高鐵站也不遠，1.4公里左右，公交車2站路程，去兩江四湖、象鼻山景區都很方便，99路公交車就能到。

前台的服務員也很禮貌，很熱情，酒店客房很乾凈，很衞生。床上用品很舒服，自助洗衣房的位置很好找，在6樓，一下子就能找到。酒店也提供有免費洗衣服務的，可以選擇自己洗，時間來不及也可以選擇讓酒店員工幫忙洗。

這段時間到桂林出差的，住的都是城市便捷這家店，就在網上定了這家酒店，酒店的地理位置很明顯，在靈川大道旁邊，很好找，酒店員工服務很好，很有禮貌，見面都會打招呼，酒店對面不遠就是夜市街，很熱鬧，周圍的配套設施很齊全。
