交通十分方便，不管是購物還是看風景都距離很近，吃東西也不錯，到象鼻山、或者兩江四湖步行就可以，老闆也很熱情。

各方面都很老舊。排水系統差。名字叫酒店。環境還不如賓館。。。總之避雷避雷避雷避雷。。。樓齡設施起碼二十年的感覺。

優點：位置好，靠近正陽步行街、日月塔、象鼻山，兩江四湖。走路就能逛龍頭景點。周圍安靜，價格親民，停車免費，洗澡間花灑出水大，熱水足。
不足：洗澡間地漏排水慢，洗完澡水位高過鞋底了。衞生間玻璃門用房間的拉簾遮擋，萬一小孩一拉簾門或者客人拉不到位，容易泄露私隱。
