各方面都很老舊。排水系統差。名字叫酒店。環境還不如賓館。。。總之避雷避雷避雷避雷。。。樓齡設施起碼二十年的感覺。

優點：位置好，靠近正陽步行街、日月塔、象鼻山，兩江四湖。走路就能逛龍頭景點。周圍安靜，價格親民，停車免費，洗澡間花灑出水大，熱水足。
不足：洗澡間地漏排水慢，洗完澡水位高過鞋底了。衞生間玻璃門用房間的拉簾遮擋，萬一小孩一拉簾門或者客人拉不到位，容易泄露私隱。

酒店的地點很nice，在陽橋，距離步行街、象山公園、桂林站等等都比較近，步行10分20分的距離，喜歡遛彎的朋友可以散步去景點。出酒店沒幾步就是公交站點，去很多地方都方便。過馬路轉個彎往象鼻山方向的路上很多吃的，早餐很容易解決。房間視野也可以，我的房間能看見雙塔。衞生情況還好，設施比較一般。衞生間的坐便馬桶圈很薄，沒什麼重量，緊貼馬桶沿，掀馬桶圈都掀不上去。花灑的水流比較大，沖涼比較痛快，但加熱有點慢，好一陣子才會熱，建議打開花灑的時候對着浴室壁開，開關即使撥到熱的那邊來打開花灑，沖出的水流也比較涼。床墊偏硬一些，不是那種特軟的床墊，但我和老公覺得挺好，比超軟床墊睡着舒服，不會有那種強烈的下陷感。還有，房間沒有免費礦泉水。這個酒店優點是出行方便、而且非節慶時期價格經濟、便宜，很划算，缺點是設施一般般。
