The scenery was great, the room was great, but unfortunately we encountered the flood in Guilin on June 19, so we had to leave in a hurry. The hotel helped us look after our luggage, so we were able to leave safely and in time. Later, our luggage was sent back intact. We will go again next time when the weather is good!

第一天入住還算正常；第二天因桂林洪水，先是停網停電，後遷轉到象山店，酒店還是停電、無照明、無熱水、無早餐；實際觀測後，該酒店處理地勢高處，洪水淹沒的可能很小，酒店還是應該有應急管理配置，如備用發電、熱水保障等，對於洪水實時的消息有更新及公佈告知，還有安撫關懷入住客户等温馨舉措

We had a decent stay in the family room of this hotel. It was located close to the busy part of the city center and right next to the park with the pagoda. We had bunkbeds for the kids in a separate part of the room. The bunkbeds were super firm and uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet was small and limited in choice. However, the room was clean and the hotel staff were nice. Since we only stayed one night, the negatives were not a big deal.
