垃圾酒店，污漬了酒店兩句了，應該叫旅館，旅館等級都達不到，又臟又臭，還有蟲爬床上，地上哪都有蟲，廁所門都是壞的，房間黴味好重，衞生條件惡劣，又小，跟網上圖片天差地別，噁心得失眠一夜未眠，孩子都有出行障礙了。

酒店老闆服務態度極差，酒店上面寫有停車場，到了前台説沒有停車場，老闆指了個地方告訴我傍邊有公用停車場，後面就理都不理了，停車費也要客人自己付，這家酒店前段時間我也訂過，後來因為老闆服務態度不好我退了，昨天是實在找不到房間才訂這家的

沒有入住，訂單明明當天就取消成功了，我也確認過平台裏我的訂單已經沒有預訂的訂單了。結果第二天扣了我的房費，打電話聯繫商家説給我留房了，商家當天電話也沒打一個來確認，第二天聯繫他説留房了，當消費者是**嗎？沒有消費就扣了錢，坑人。平台也在推卸責任。沒試過這麼坑人的，這種平台和商家的失誤就得消費者買單嗎？投訴到底，不是要評分才能保存，我一顆星也不想給。
