有蟑螂，小蟲子，而且鍵盤上油超多的，根本就沒有擦過吧，而且燈光還差，暗暗的。其他方面挺好的，希望整改一下，尤其是鍵盤，畢竟電競酒店嘛

如圖即知，雖然服務人員及時換了房，但整體感覺受到影響，電熱水器的清理比較糟糕。鼠標太輕了。

位置很好，高鐵站出來就是。房間空間也大。
離譜的是房間連一瓶礦泉水都沒有，更離譜的是中途出去旅遊，酒店打電話過來之後明確告知續住並要求打掃衞生，結果衞生沒打掃，洗漱用品沒更換，就是進來把電腦關了，導致保存在桌面的資料全部丟失。

設施：熱水一下就沒了，想洗澡久一點 洗着洗着就冷了 又得等好久水才熱，最受不了的是空調開了一整晚也沒暖氣，窗户關不上

有升級卷不能用，提前4小時入住被告知起碼要12點才有住。我説換個房，雙床也行！還要額外多給40。不會變通！沒有浴室門，電腦有一邊開不了，還有一台需要半小時才能正常使用！請問，這種情況一台機子才能用，你還要我補40升級雙的有用嘛！到最後，也衹能一個人
