酒店位置很不錯，刷房卡上電梯安全性也不錯，酒店有烘乾機和烘鞋機，前台服務人員曉琴曉麗服務很不錯，很貼心。房間環境好，前台曉琴曉麗服務態度超級好，還可以暫放行李，很好的住宿酒店。

酒店位置很好，房間挺寬敞的，房間還有榻榻米，配有冰箱，冰箱裏麪還有飲料免喝，小潘小霞服務很熱情，各方面都不錯。

酒店因為在桂林的老城區，所以整體很便利，周邊有很多老字號的店鋪，前台的小夏和小盤很有耐心，有什麼想要了解的不清楚的，都會耐心的和我們講解，整個入住體驗就很舒適
