服務非常貼心，從辦入住到退房，任何一位服務人員都很nice，房間乾淨，無限量飲用水提供，可選無煙房，位置優越。酒店門口就是步行街，馬路對面是東西巷；日月雙塔（免費，夜景最佳），象鼻山（免費，身份證預約），靖江王府（100元門票含講解）三個景點都是步行即可到達。
酒店推薦的桂林米粉店也是很好吃，位置非常方便。
