整個酒店乾淨整潔明亮，給人感覺很舒服，酒店設計風格也很大氣，耐看。位置在城南，不在市中心，自駕遊停車免費，充電方便，桂林市區玩兒的地方比較集中在象鼻山一代，不要開車去市中心，沒地方停車，酒店有洗衣房。小馬服務意識很強，點贊

The score online appeared quite impressive, yet the reality was a let-down. The male staff member at the reception, along with the supposed supervisors (female), seemed devoid of even the slightest trace of a warm smile when interacting with customers. Their demeanor was akin to that of someone looking down their noses, exuding an air of snobbishness.
When confronted with issues stemming from the hotel's side, they didn't swiftly act to resolve them from the guests' standpoint. Rather, they subjected the guests to repeated rounds of communication, resulting in an experience that was utterly dissatisfying. As for the room cleanliness, it left much to be desired. The only redeeming quality might have been the sound insulation, but even that paled in comparison to the disheartening attitude displayed by the front desk staff.
