"The hotel's location is excellent, right at the entrance of Zhengyang Pedestrian Street, directly opposite Jingjiang Prince City. A fifteen-minute walk along the pedestrian street leads to the Twin Pagodas. The hotel's top-floor restaurant offers panoramic views. There's a parking lot just a 5-minute walk away, making it very convenient for those traveling by car. Highly recommend! 👍"

"This hotel is centrally located, with direct bus access to both Guilin Station and Guilin North Station, making transportation very convenient. It's also close to Zhengyang Pedestrian Street, Jingjiang Prince City, Sun and Moon Twin Pagodas, and Elephant Trunk Hill Scenic Area, offering easy access to shopping and dining. The rooms are well-equipped, comfortable, clean, and tidy, with no unpleasant odors, and housekeeping is very prompt. The front desk staff are incredibly warm and enthusiastic, always providing detailed answers to any questions."

"This hotel is definitely one of the most satisfying I've ever stayed in. It truly feels like a home away from home. Every single detail, from check-in to check-out, was handled perfectly and with great care. The room was clean, comfortable, and tidy, and having access to VIP movie screenings on the projector was a great touch, like having your own private cinema. The service was thoughtful and attentive; the staff would stand up, smile, and greet us politely and enthusiastically every time we entered or left the lobby. The location and environment are also excellent, very close to the scenic spots. Fubo Hill and Diecai Hill are right across the street, offering stunning views of Guilin's landscapes. The air quality is great, although it's the dry season now, so the Li River doesn't have much water, but that doesn't detract from the beautiful surroundings. I highly recommend it; staying here is an excellent choice."

"The hotel's location is truly unique. It faces Guilin Lake directly and Rong Lake on one side. You can walk along the lake to reach the Sun and Moon Pagodas (about 1+ km away). Right around the corner is the Rong Lake Branch of the Provincial Library, and nearby is Bai Chongxi's Mansion (which was closed when I visited). Though the room was small, it was exquisite, clean, and tidy, with very modern amenities. It even had a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, a filtered direct-drinking water dispenser, a garment steamer, a sterilizer for water cups, a bedside wireless charging pad, and an electric heated towel rack in the bathroom! There's also a laundry room on every floor! The rooftop pool is very photogenic, and although the observation deck was under maintenance, I bet swimsuit photos there would be amazing in the summer! The front desk area offers a coffee machine, a self-serve beverage cabinet (with mineral water, soy milk available from 6:30 AM, and other branded drinks), as well as fruit and small daily necessities! The kids' play area next to the elevator also looked like a lot of fun! The travel photoshoot included with the hotel package was fantastic too. The free-to-use Chuanshan Park had beautiful scenery, and we climbed Mingyue Peak with our child to get a panoramic view of the city! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and polite! The only drawback was the unimpressive window view! However, overall, it definitely exceeded my expectations."

"We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is ideally located: next to the pedestrian street and lively street food area in the evening, close to the river for wonderful walks, and surrounded by restaurants, small shops, and charming authentic alleys. It is also beautifully decorated, both in the common areas and in the rooms. In the common areas, there is complimentary tea, coffee, traditional clothes to try on, a washing machine, and a dryer available. As for the room, it is beautiful, spacious, and clean. Lastly, the staff are very kind and helpful, truly flawless!"

"We had a great stay. Very central position to get to the tourist spots in Guilin. We could walk to Shan Lake to see the Sun and Moon pagodas and also to Elephant Trunk Park. Zhengyang pedestrian street is just round the corner. We even walked to the quaint East West lane with the centuries old houses converted to shops and also a hidden gem (small opera house with nightly opera and musicals). The Jingjiang Princes' is also reachable from East West Lane. Friendly staff, and delicious breakfast. Highly recommended to stay at this hotel"

"This hotel truly exceeded my expectations; the overall experience was fantastic! The staff were all incredibly kind and polite, making you feel their genuine warmth and dedication at every turn. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and returning to it each day felt so relaxing. The breakfast offered a wide variety and tasted excellent, leaving me thoroughly satisfied every morning. The location is simply unbeatable. It's close to many attractions, with Dongxi Alley right behind the hotel, just a few steps away. It's incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, shopping, and taking photos. A special thank you to the auntie who helped us with our laundry multiple times – that was so thoughtful. The staff also thoughtfully prepared warm evening porridge, foot baths, afternoon tea, small snacks, fresh fruit, and lovely little souvenirs. Every single detail made us feel cared for and valued. This is truly a hotel with a 'heart.' I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and will recommend it to friends and family."

"The hotel's location is great, and the room facilities are decent. However, the elevator is dilapidated and often smells of smoke. The young lady at the front desk who checked me in seemed either new to the job or preoccupied, wearing a long face that left a very bad first impression. There's a KTV on the third floor that plays music late into the night, which explains why earplugs were thoughtfully provided in the room 😂. All in all, it definitely doesn't feel like a four-star hotel; at most, it's a three-star."

"Everything is perfect 👍 excellent location with behind is most busy walking street night market 正陽步行街，left hand side is Sheraton hotel, but our price is far more cheaper than Sheraton, Room is big and new. Full of Mediterráneo Europe design style, Simple, clean, bright in room. We choose the balcony room, opposite side is the famous elephant mountain which is signature of Gulin. The roof top of hotel havve the super good night view for Gulin city. Also this hotel has the travel desk to book all excursion, the travel advisor super helpful and nice explanation, we join two days tour, driver guide Mr 廖 is professional driver guide. Price is reasonable and main thing is we feel reliable and security to book with hotel. 😁😁😁 Hotel also good recoomment for the nice restaurnt nearby."

"This trip was a mix of business and leisure, traveling with a foreign client and their family. It was my first time visiting beautiful Guilin, and the hotel's name itself is so poetic, evoking 'poetry and faraway places,' with a subtle French ambiance. The staff were polite and enthusiastic; Xiao Bai at the front desk was particularly gentle and charming. Coming back from the scenic area at night, a bowl of coconut milk and Lipu taro was wonderfully warm and fragrant. My foreign client and their family also really loved the hotel's style and service."
