經朋友推薦來的這家酒店，酒店位置優越，在市中心，旁邊就有正陽步行街，有很多小吃，房間整體很舒適，辦理入住前台小丁經理接待的我們，給我們贈送了旅拍和非遺拓印，服務真的很貼心，給人一種回家的感覺，禮賓主動幫忙拿行李非常棒，店門口就有車位，出行太方便了，入住後還送了水果都是洗乾淨送過來的很安心，房間床很舒服好像是進口的，體驗感很贊以後會推薦朋友來

前台人員服務很好，但房間服務不滿意，香皂半塊，不能提供枱燈，接團多，周邊較吵，飯店結構設計問題，早飯時聲音很大。

這次帶家人來旅遊，市區較為方便的酒店，房間不是很大。衞生間也不大，服務態度挺好，酒店提供的行政酒廊服務也不錯！地理位置還是比較方便，去東西巷和步行街都比較方便，早餐也中規中矩，酒店泳池是户外的。

畢竟是五星酒店 從下車幫忙提箱子 再到入住 服務沒話講 給免費升級了房型 雖説房間小了一點 但空調什麼的還是很給力 衞生啊什麼比民宿要好 沒有噪音 五星的標配還是在線的
