離桂林站很近，走兩三分鐘就到車站了。這是對外地遊客一大優勢，做火車方便。離象鼻山也不遠，打車10元左右，樓下就有諮詢一日遊的，去陽朔當天去當天回，真不錯。桂林風景真是獨一無二仁的。

The hotel facilities are really poor, and the platform even labels it as a four-star hotel. The photos on the official website are all exquisite. In reality, the bedside lamp in the picture is broken, or there is no bedside lamp at all, and the hotel toilet is leaking water. There is a KTV on the 4th floor. If you stay on the 5th floor, you will hear someone singing and it will be difficult to sleep. There are no shower caps and razors in the bathroom. Shower gel and shampoo are not bottled, they are installed directly in the shower room. If you mind, remember to bring your own shower gel and shampoo! There is no way to find the clerk by using the hotel phone and pressing the customer service button on the phone and dialing the front desk button. When I reported the above matters to the hotel staff, the hotel staff responded very blandly, as if they were used to these things happening. They also asked us why we called like this, and said that we could call directly. It seemed that the number was four eights or three eights. But when we checked in, no one told us the phone number of the front desk. Anyway, I don’t even have a word of apology🤡 Then when the bedside lamp couldn't be turned on, the staff actually told us that there were no bedside lamps in other rooms. What a surprise. The hotel facilities are poor and the staff service is also poor. Breakfast is not worth eating. It is recommended to go out and find a small shop for breakfast, which is better than the hotel. The only advantage of the hotel is that it is next to Guilin Station and there is a bus stop right outside the door. When we chartered a car to travel the next day, the driver asked why not find some hotel with us? I was also very helpless. I thought this was a big hotel, but it turned out to be just a rubbish hotel that couldn't even compare to a chain two-star hotel.
