服務很不好，酒店有早餐沒有告知用餐時間，當時間過點後服務人員就是強調自己的用餐時間，任何歉意沒有，房間很low，設備簡陋，小心入住。

稀爛！我是因為跟了個**陽朔一日遊的團，旅行團訂的，然後一日遊搞到晚上11點又被迫續訂一晚，酒店兩晚住兩個不同的房間，房間空間很矮，房間很小，所有的用具節簡至極致:迷你燒水壺，吹風手一鬆即停不存在冷熱風，淋浴頭衹有手持無下出水無蓮蓬出水，廁所門無反鎖，球狀鎖舌直接開關門，房間無一次性布拖鞋，讓服務員送兩雙説沒空，兩天都是自己下去拿的，早餐的雞蛋憑早餐票一人發一個，粥裏見不到幾顆米，素粉，鹹菜，一言難盡，見過的最差的酒店，軟件硬件都差，被死旅遊團坑慘了！
