北站一帶很多自建房改造的步梯樓賓館，這就是其中一家。就火車站賓館的硬件，有床（牆壁有清洗不掉的污跡）有廁所（蹲廁同時淋浴，有味道）周圍一帶都這樣的，趕時間的閉上眼睛睡一晚就是了。如果帶孩子的，就不要節省開支，找家環境好些的酒店下榻吧。總之就是一分價錢一分貨的道理。

這很一bamn，很難評，一進房間就有一股火車上的味道，特別是廁所味，很濃。定酒店頁面上説有吹風機，毛巾，浴巾房間裏面沒有。窗簾遮不嚴實，周邊都是酒店，晚上聲音很大😰，兩個人訂的是單人間，給升級到雙人間?怎麼個事?廁所門還是壞的，門上的防壞人鏈也是壞的。床單也是臟的，拖鞋衹有一雙……刷牙的杯杯是一次性塑料杯。衞生紙的質量很差。唯一的優點離桂林北站近……

性價比絕了…沒想到這個價錢能住這樣的酒店，大床，獨立衞浴，有窗，有洗漱用品，空間超大，一點也不憋屈，房間採光好通風好，進去沒有奇怪的味道，地理位置優越，距離桂林北站非常近…步行十分鐘內，交通便利，出門拐彎就有共享車和公交車站，出門就有很多小吃店，總之非常方便了…門有三道鎖，不管是獨自出行還是結伴而行都非常安全……老闆和老闆娘都非常熱情真誠，會告訴你怎麼玩，給你做旅遊攻略，推薦好吃的東西，總之非常推薦入住，下次來桂林還要來這裏住

一般般，條件簡陋，唯一好的地方是價格便宜，所以呢要考慮便宜就可以來住，四十多帶空調。臨時住一晚可以的，在桂林北站旁邊。
