整個房間很大，設備設施也不錯，最喜歡的就是床墊很舒服，躺着很容易解乏入睡，這一點很贊，客服妹妹也很不錯，容易溝通即時解決問題，離蘆笛巖很近，步行可到達

服務可以説非常好，很用心接待，期間也會不定時表明有任何問題或者所需都可以給他們提，管家大哥不嫌麻煩，提供的旅行建議也很實用。
房間乾淨整潔，洗澡熱水水量大。我住的房間衞生間乾濕分離，這點很合我心意。
走的急，房間內部沒拍。
安靜又很方便，旅行社接人都可以直達。

衞生差 無人服務全程到退房了都沒看到服務員二樓衞生都沒搞就可以住進去了因為全程沒人服務自己想住哪個房間住哪個無所謂安全性質也很差我還帶個小孩也沒人幫忙拿東西還不是電梯！後來聯繫了房東説讓我們換到三樓本來説是有管家來打掃六點説到八點多都沒看到個人影子無奈衹好換房大晚上樓下很吵房間不隔音 澡堂水小的要死體感很差我自己本身就是做酒店服務行業的 看到她這個民宿真的體驗感入住感極差！難怪沒人公共設施都不能使用

進去第一眼看到環境挺舒服的，可以喝茶看書曬太陽，都齊全了，中午飯點到的，老闆很熱心邀請我們一起，都是桂林本地菜，挺適合我口味的，聽老闆，講着桂林的故事，有情懷，熱愛生活的，説到房間，給我們升級到了觀景房，落地玻璃，光線特別好。有浴缸配了浴缸袋，哈哈，出差來了一天，真的流連忘返。

客棧就在蘆笛巖景區旁邊步行幾分鐘就到了，停車方便，晚上安靜，去市區也方便。老闆人很熱情，會給我們推薦當地美食景點，還給免費升了房。房間衞生收拾的也不錯，毛巾浴巾也很新。性價比算比較高的了。很滿意的一次住宿。
