設施：浴室乾濕分離，房間的中央空調有一邊已經跟牆體脱落了，要修一下，不要砸到人了。房間的椅子會晃來晃去的，基本上你不能把東西擺正。
環境：地段很好，靠近兩江四湖，非常近
服務：酒店前台人員服務很好，態度非常熱情，職業素養很高。
衞生：被套上有一塊巨大的黃色斑，衹能反過來蓋。

房間:房間很大很開闊的，有窗還是比較舒服的，敞亮，床墊也睡起舒服，慕斯床墊
服務:服務很好!!前台的姐姐特別熱情，還給我們拿行李到房間!!給我推薦了陽朔好玩的景點，還幫我指揮路線，誇誇。入住辦理快，感覺很好
衞生:衞生乾淨，整潔，客房大姐也有禮貌的打招呼

這家酒店位置特別好找，離一些景區都特別近，交通方便，特別是離東西巷正陽步行街吃飯逛街十分方便！前台的服務態度非常好，而且特別熱情，環境也不錯，特別推薦，價格也便宜！

超級推薦一下，每次來桂林都住，前台服務特別棒，環境好，房間乾淨整潔，都有窗户，旁邊就是日月雙塔，非常不錯，免費寄存行李，前台態度非常好，回桂林還會繼續住，象鼻山和日月雙塔打卡了專屬位置，這一趟桂林之行很完美!推薦一下

第一次來住的很舒服，我們人比較多到酒店前台小姐姐幫我調換雙床實在太好啦，床還可以拼在一起，還給我們多送了洗漱用品，還貼心的倒了熱茶!服務特別好，房間幹整潔，特別乾淨，酒店位置去市中心去哪裡都很方便，旁邊步行街就有最好吃的米粉!體驗感不錯!好評!推薦推薦
