抵達酒店時候房間還沒準備好，也是有這個機會，前台管家立即幫忙申請升級到江景的房間，整個接待過程非常順暢沒有拖延，服務必須給滿分，酒店環境很美，在房間裏面就能看到灕江美景，住在這裏感覺心情非常不錯。

景色很美服務態度敲好，房間寬敞舒適南北通透不潮濕，床品很親膚柔軟，洗漱用品好用。重點早餐好吃，品種豐富，還會再來

方方面面細節都做得非常的好的酒店，來的時候還有人員送我們到房間，房間還準備了泡澡用品不收費很貼心，酒店早餐也好吃可惜泳池太小了沒有游泳，好在是泳池拍照超出片景色也很美。總之體驗感滿滿啦！

酒店的本身裝修風格很高級，是意式風，異域風格和本地文化的很好的結合，酒店隨處一拍也很出片，特別是大堂的玻璃屋頂，拍出來特別有超現實的感覺，還有那一幅超大的畫，很有藝術氣息，拍照打卡也是非常的出片
三樓spa，整體的裝修風格也是非常的時尚，環境安靜舒適，因為酒店離景區都很近，遊玩回來放鬆一下特別舒適～3樓還有健身房，整體的設施的話都是非常的全的
還有親子房loft非常適合一家人出來旅行居住！
