There are battery cars in the hotel for pick-up. You have to wait for about 10 minutes during peak hours, but it is still quite fast at other times. Environment: The hotel was originally owned by Wanda. It was acquired by Sunac around 18 and 19, and a hotel group and amusement park were developed. It has a large area and an artificial lake. The distant view is the typical karst mountain scenery of Guilin. Although it is not as beautiful as the Ten-mile Gallery in Yangshuo, it also has certain characteristics. The hotel group is divided into Shiboge and Songpin. Songpin has more than 90 different villas in Chinese style, which are quite distinctive. Service: From the beginning of check-in, it is generally thoughtful and convenient. The front desk staff actively added WeChat, provided butler-style service, and answered questions, guided, and booked cars in a timely manner. The hotel supplies are also very generous. A box of bottled water was directly brought to the room to ensure a box of water per day. Disadvantages: The service details need to be benchmarked against the international five-star level, such as the time for booking bamboo rafts by phone, which was wrong twice. Some waiters are not familiar with the surrounding roads, etc. Facilities: In terms of room supplies, the most complained thing is the disposable slippers, all of which are size 43, regardless of gender, or children's. It is very unfriendly to girls, and this aspect can be completely improved. Other supplies are basically complete and tasteful. Dining: Songpin Buffet Restaurant is in Huli, with good scenery. Unfortunately, it only opens breakfast during the May Day holiday, and dinner is arranged at Shiboge. Although there are battery cars to pick up and drop off, there are more people, and the products are also average (basically frozen ingredients), and the experience is not very good. Entertainment: Since the package was ordered, 4 bamboo rafts and tickets to two parks have been included. Bamboo rafts need to be booked one day in advance. In fact, they are electric boats that can seat about 10 people. It is a good experience to browse on the artificial lake for 20 minutes when the weather is good. As for the evaluation of the two Sunac Parks: Sea World is better than expected, there are more animals than expected, and there are many feeding projects (although the price is expensive); Happy World is suitable for children, and it is not very attractive to adults. Many restaurants and stores around are closed, so it is not very popular. The popularity during the May Day holiday is average, and I hope it will get better and better. 有一説一，環境是很不錯，適合長者小孩。 房間潮濕一進去有黴味，後面協商換了一個同户型的房間。 其次，我是攜程上預約的一個套餐兩晚，第二天去換券的時候，前台説衹有一份，特意強調一份兩人。我當時也沒在意算了自己買票玩，後面我老公仔細看了一下，我們訂的兩個晚上，明明套餐明細裏面寫了兩份，每份兩人。我就有點納悶呢，這是攜程玩文字遊戲呢？還是酒店人員不懂中文呢？
