給我和朋友升級的兩間房空間都非常充足，感覺很乾凈整潔。早餐也豐盛；獨立一棟樓停車方便；地理位置很棒，不僅離高速進出口近，旁邊更是商業地帶吃喝熱鬧方便的很。朋友和我本人都挺滿意。如果要找點能夠做的更好的地方那就是細節跟進處理上，比如那天或許跟氣候有關其中一個電梯味道進進出出很不好受，我觀察了些時間好像沒有人處理最後才跟櫃枱説了一下，好像又稍微緩解一點點。細節看出來管理者服務專業常識還需進一步提升。事實上點一根檀香就解決問題（我是參考之後在貴州的一家賓館電梯裏所見的檀香而説的）。還有就是前台的工作人員笑臉服務還能夠做的更好一些（並不是説冷冰冰而是説還能夠表現出更好）。雖然都知道每個人都不容易，但作為服務行業在櫃枱上的熱情笑臉是必須的，哪怕是裝也要裝出來的，崗位職責所需！我有點囉嗦了……
