預訂的時候很擔心，怕實際環境和圖片介紹不一樣，反覆和思思確實，管家很耐心講解介紹，去到確實沒有失望，房子設備和圖片介紹一樣的，是整體讓人眼前一亮的風格，比較擔心衞生問題，特地和管家強調過了，入住之後各方面細節都很好，真的很用心！屋子很大，很適合朋友一起或者家庭入住，酒店設定梯控,也完全不用擔心私隱問題,環境等都很好

酒店地理位置不錯，開車導航過去很好找，酒店就有免費停車位，房內設施齊全，衞生也不錯，酒店環境整潔,前台小息和管家思思的服務很周到,值得入住的酒店！

來桂林旅遊第一站選擇了滿足我日常旅行需求的泊雅酒店—雲端餐廳、下午茶、健身房、洗衣房（桂林悶熱，一個好的洗衣房太重要啦！健身完直接洗衣烘乾非常方便，旅途不會感覺風塵僕僕的），還有小童樂園和游泳池。
在房間還可以270度觀賞灕江景色，爬了一天山，在浴缸裏泡一泡非常解壓～
頂樓可以俯瞰灕江，晚霞和朝陽都很美麗～
雲端餐廳有贈送的下午茶（蛋糕、水果、涼飲等），早餐種類也很豐富，有桂林特色米粉也有健身人士喜歡的健康食品。
旅途中找一家一應俱全的星級酒店能省去很多麻煩！

This hotel has a nice location, but don't expect too much from the river view! The rooms are spacious and clean but our room (1105) had a strong smell from previous smokers.
The breakfast is rather poor for foreign guests.

地理位置很好，可以俯瞰灕江山水
酒店設計很簡約高端，房間很温馨
乾濕分離還有浴缸 私密性也很好
酒店的各種配套設施也很完善
有小童樂園、健身房、洗衣房
頂層還有空中花園
可以點一杯雞尾酒，拍拍照，還有免費下午茶可以享用
🍳早餐也非常豐富多樣，各種麪包、糕點、水果、飲品應有盡有。
