網太差，不是網不行就是不可上網，設施很老舊。服務也一般，第一天住的房間坐便返水返味，早上通知總枱，晚上回來還沒處理。

酒店服務態度特差，尤其是門衞和前台的，住酒店説提供停車場所，且有一次免費出入的服務。出來後，後來回去退房時居然還要收停車費！尤其是在酒店大門口的飯館吃飯時，可以憑票免費停車3小時，就餐結束憑就餐停車票進去提車時居然要收費！

設施陳舊，房間太冷開空調也內用，90年底的裝修，凌晨住的酒店，早上出酒店大門還有交30塊停車費，不交停車費保安不讓出去，給酒店自己的院子停車跟酒店前天交涉無果，着急趕路交吧，設施差，服務差，這種酒店第一次遇到，大家千萬不要來了。
