酒店設施齊全，整個房間很乾凈衞生，住宿環境很棒，特別感謝管家【晴天，阿蓮】詩詩的熱情服務，每天都會問我們有沒有什麼需要更換東西或是服務建議，很貼心，酒店早餐也很豐富，口味也很贊，下次入住還是會選擇這家，這一趟桂林之行，很慶幸選擇這家酒店，住的好才能玩的好。

酒店離桂林站很近。工作人員服務態度特別好，第一晚住的房間比較吵，反映情況後在第二天有空房情況下幫我們升級了房間，還送了果盤。
