大堂及電梯有異味！房間投影電視質素差，要付費，投影機用三腳架放床頭邊，浪費地方，就連床頭柜也因此沒有了，看電聲音也側在一邊，感受得差！付費看電影不流暢！冰箱也太大浪費地方！房間連面紙也不提供！

房間乾淨整潔，環境也特別好，酒店門口就是兩江四湖景區桂湖，在這鬧市中有一種獨特的安靜。停車還免費，沒想到的房間還有個小冰箱。前台管家服務態度很好，給我們很多桂林的出行攻略，推薦我們到附近好吃的地道桂林美食餐館。下次去桂林還去你們家！

真的超出預期的好，房間很乾凈，裝修的也好看，隨手拍都好看，交通方便，距離市內的各個景點都不遠，晚上還可以步行到日月雙塔，順便再到東西巷轉一轉，老闆娘和前台小哥人都超級好，還幫忙訂遊灕江的遊輪票，可以無腦沖！！！
