Best Western Plus Europe Hotel

So disappointed!! No shower gel the first day, then the next day when we make the comment we are told that we could have called them! Well yes, hairy in the shower I'm going to call them. It was indeed replaced but that's the only thing because no extra coffee that we had to ask for and above all all the napkins had been removed but not replaced!! In short, very expensive for zero service

The decoration and layout of the hotel are superb. Dark colors which give a modern and classy atmosphere. The room itself is really very large and pleasant. In terms of equipment, an espresso machine and a kettle are available in the room with 2 coffee and tea pods. Access to a gym is possible until 9:30 p.m. The only downside: access to the swimming pool for a fee, 25 e per person and for a limited time... Too bad. This spoils the picture a bit...

The welcome is perfect, friendly and professional staff. The breakfast is very complete and plentiful. The neighborhood and the establishment are quiet with free private parking. Pleasant room with absolutely perfect bedding! (But just 1 small bottle of “Cristaline” water at an average cost of €0.18 in supermarkets for 2?) In the end, Enjoy your stay…

Très bel hôtel, confortable,Calme, avec une équipe aux petits soins, malgré les changements de personnel récents. J'y retourne très souvent avec plaisir ! D'ailleurs pourquoi ne pas organiser pour les clients qui viennent régulièrement pour le travail, des after works par exemple !

Nur als Durchgangshotel zu empfehlen. Bereits beim Einchecken wenig Entgegenkommen an der Rezeption, unsere Versuche, die franzoesische Sprache zu sprechen, anzuerkennen. Es wurde so schnell weiter gesprochen wie gewohnt, ohne uns zumindest die englische Sprache anzubieten. Auch unsere Frage, wie sich der uns genannte Preis für Zimmer und Frühstück zusammensetzt, konnte nicht beantwortet werden. Beim Betreten des Zimmers schlug uns ein fauliger Geruch nach Abwasser und Fäkalien entgegen. Es gab nur ein kleines Fenster, aus dem wir auf eine Betonwand blickten. Im Bad war die gesamte Armatur des Waschbeckens wackelig und nicht mehr fest verankert, so dass das Wasser nehmen sich schwierig gestaltete. Das auf der Website des Hotels ausgewiesene Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant ließ mehr als zu wuenschen uebrig und wir vermuten, dass nichts davon frisch zubereitet war - das Preis-Leistungs--Verhältnis war absolut nicht stimmig. Auch der Service koennte etwas gepflegter sein. Das Fruehstueck war zugeschnitten auf den schnellen Verzehr, bot wenig anregendes, keinerlei spezielle Nahrung (z.B. laktose- oder glutenfreie Nahrung) und ist nur bedingt als international zu bezeichnen. Wenig einladend das Ganze und - wenn überhaupt - nur als einmaliges Durchgangshotel zu empfehlen, das man schnell wieder verlassen moechte! Vor allem deswegen, weil wir bis jetzt ausnahmslos gute Erfahrungen mit Best Western Plus in ganz Europa gemacht haben - dieses Hotel zaehlt definitiv nicht dazu!

Excellent séjour au BEST WESTERN EUROPE de BREST. Le personnel est charmant, serviable. Mention spéciale pour Silvana et Nicolas! L’Hotel est propre, bien insonorisé et propose beaucoup de petites attentions bien agréables aux clients. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Nous avons choisi la formule EVJF pour 8 personnes et nous n'avons pas été déçus. Très bien accueillie, très bien décoré. Le buffet sucré était copieux nous n'avons pas tout manger et les cocktail était sympathique ! Nous avons adoré. Merci encore.
