We were a last minute booking after finding 27 Redcar road guisborough an absolute mess looked like some down out was living there and won’t refund disgrace . But The Fox gave us a room the price was very good and the room was immaculate ! Staff amazing landlord was very friendly and friendly , we will surely use The Fox again beware of the other at all costs . I am a licencee , with good standards so know good service Thankyou xx Annie x Diane x

The landlady was brilliant. Made herself available, was efficient, friendly and very helpful.
The room itself wasn’t that clean. We had an issue with the shower ( dealt with promptly by the landlady). We would have liked a bedside table and lamps.

Nice, budget hotel. If you can't afford staying in Whitby, this is the best option. Clean comfortable rooms with excellent bedding.
