The hotel service is very good. Whether it is the aunt who cleans the room, the hotel front desk or the restaurant service staff, they are all very enthusiastic and give us a feeling of being at home. Tongxin and Wanbao are very nice! The breakfast is rich, and the free pick-up service is very convenient for people like us who take the high-speed rail to the scenic spot every day. Especially on the last day when I took the high-speed rail to leave Guiyang, I found that my headphones were left in the hotel when the hotel driver was sending me to the station. When I arrived at the high-speed rail station, there were still 23 minutes before the departure of the high-speed rail. Upon hearing this, the driver immediately returned to the hotel to help me pick up the headphones and sent them to the high-speed rail station. It took only six or seven minutes to deliver them. The speed was so fast that I was really moved. The service was so good. I will only stay in this hotel for the rest of my life. Not only the headphones were delivered, but also the enthusiasm and sincerity left in the hearts of every guest!

房間非常舒適潔凈明亮温馨，窗景如畫，一朵白雲飄過彷佛有騰雲駕霧般的感覺，期待下次再住。

就在高鐵站對面，位置很方便，出現坐地鐵也很方便，高層視野還是不錯的。樓下就有特色吃的，可以一試。下次還會考慮。

It takes less than ten minutes to take a taxi to the newest high-rise building opposite the North Station. The room is above the 27th floor, with a very good view. The room is spacious, new and clean, with intelligent voice-controlled lighting, a relatively large bathroom, which I like, and the bedding is also very comfortable. There are also latex pillows, and I can finally have a good sleep (a few days ago, other hotels were all duck down pillows, which were soft and not easy to sleep at all). There are also robots delivering fruits and hangers, and there is a laundry room on the 26th floor where you can wash and dry clothes. The hotel also arranged pick-up and drop-off at the station, and the service is really considerate! Must like 👍👍👍, if you must stay near Guiyang High-speed Railway Station, this Fengdu Hotel is the first choice!
