第一天去的時候跟我們説沒有房間了衹有一間，然後到了晚上跟我們説兩間房間，衹有頭和尾。然後我定的是兩間房間名字寫的是我和應該是我和我朋友的結果衹有我朋友的訊息然後服務態度還很差，我們租了車保安把我們的鑰匙拿走然後最後一天航班延誤了延誤了兩個小時。他説最晚到2:00然後收我們¥30一個小時。本來很開心的旅途，從這開始非常不開心。我們在房間穿還是壞的廁所是臭的下水道是壞的。

服務態度非常不好，第一天到的時候跟我們説沒有人退房，給朋友開了一間不足食品裏的房間衞生還特別差，馬桶臭的，到了晚上再去不是衹有電梯旁邊的房間，就是衹有末尾的房間態度特別差，像是欠了他幾百萬一樣，本來開開心心的旅途，因此而變得不開心，而且最後退房的時候發現充電器沒在我友好的交流，我出郵費讓他寄過來，第二次打電話第三次打電話都給我直接掛了，拒絕溝通，因為航班延誤，想要在酒店續一會兒，居然要收一個小時¥30 ，這樣的酒店從來沒遇到過，太差了，誰要是覺得生活過得太容易就來這個酒店住一住

設施、衞生、環境、服務：以上四條都很好。
衹想提一個建議，酒店管理應當定期對酒店內的電腦設備進行殺毒和技術排查。一年多沒上過網了，跟對象出來玩選擇住兩天電競，前腳剛剛回家沒幾天，steam賬號就被盜了。以後大家在酒店開電競房不會有顧慮嗎？尤其是電競特色的專門酒店，更應重視這點。
