優點:從前台到上樓時遇到的工作人員，包括保潔人員都會打招呼，這點值得表揚，態度很好
房間衞生條件也挺好，因為是新店，設施這些都還很新
廁所會有俏皮的小標語，符合年輕心態
地理位置非常好，離青雲路小吃街很近，逛街吃東西很方便，必須贊
停車也方便，但是需要付費的
缺點:房間比較小，沒有滿足一般的期待，建築的層高偏矮，房間又比較緊湊，導致空調離頭部感覺很近，吹多了會有點受不了，窗户也比較小，通風情況稍欠缺，廁所的空間利用到了極致，廁所離洗手枱太近，身高太高的可能上廁所的感受不會太好
