前台的妹妹服務態度特別好，而且很有耐心。整體環境也不錯，乾淨整潔 ！ 而且出行很方便，就在地鐵站旁邊 去哪裡都方便！到貴陽北站也就5個站點 特別方便 而且樓下就有好多好吃的美食！ 周邊還有一個商場，應有盡有 。 一個人的旅行也很美好！ 林都酒店是一個不錯的選擇！

我們一家三人包車游貴州, 入住三床房。但這酒店正門口是不能駛車進入, 最近只能停車在紫林庵店F出口拉行李到酒店。
酒店公共地方比較殘舊,早餐廰天花还漏水。酒店靠近馬路噪音大, 窗子隔音不行。

具體體育館看演唱會特別方便，房間很安靜睡覺特別舒服，窗簾也遮光可以一直睡着，出熱水也很快，還有落地鏡可以照鏡子拍照換衣服還有凳子和桌子可以坐着
