The lighting switch is terrible. Cannot be turned off and it’s very bad for sleeping. And too tired to call the customer services. Hope you can improve the quality.

A great hotel at a very good location in Guiyang. The service was superb, and the staff very accommodating, particularly YanYan at the front desk, who is friendly and helpful.

Pleasant stay with unexpected bonus of pull-out bed. Good service standards and a decent breakfast. Well worth the price especially if travelling as a family.

Good location, friendly and professional staff, good breakfast. The only problem is that windows didn't close well so it can be noisy in the street. But I would definitely go back.

Helpful friendly staff, no problems for foreigners, spacious room, close to Qianlingshan park and not too far from North railway station.

Great Hotel, Great breakfast, Good coffee

The location is very good, and it is very convenient to go to the airport and the distribution center. Next to it is Qianling Mountain Park, where there are many snacks and restaurants, which is quite convenient. Welcome fruit was given. I thought the hotel was a five-star hotel, but it seems that the expectations were too high. In fact, it is not as good as some places I have stayed in before. First of all, the sound insulation of the room is really too poor. I was woken up by the noise outside for two nights. It’s okay that there are no flip flops, but there is no anti-slip mat in the bathroom! There is no bathrobe in the simple cloakroom, although I don’t use it; the breakfast is not too rich, the sour soup noodles are good, there are few fruits, and the quality is too poor. Compared with the price of this star hotel, the hardware and service are too reduced, and the cost performance is average. However, the colorful Guizhou Jingmei is also delicious and worth it!

The room is very clean and the location is very convenient. There are small restaurants all around. Diagonally opposite is the internet-famous Carp Street, which has a lively atmosphere. The waiters are very enthusiastic. There are souvenirs and welcome fruits when you check in. There are also small DIY handicraft activities for children in the morning, which is very good!

I took my family to travel to Guizhou, and chose Yunyan Hilton Hampton for the last stop. I was not disappointed at all. The hotel is in a good location, in the city center, it is very convenient to go anywhere, and there are super many places to eat around. As soon as I entered the hotel, the front desk lady checked us in enthusiastically. During the check-in process, she also gave each of us a bottle of water. Seeing that we had children, she actively and enthusiastically provided us with children's slippers and toothbrushes, and also gave children balloon wings and special small gifts. The baby was super happy, and there were also special small gifts for the room. Because I booked separately, they saw that we had elderly and children staying with us, and actively helped us coordinate the room to be arranged on the same floor, which was convenient for us to take care of the elderly and children. After checking in and entering the room, I saw the welcome fruit specially prepared by the hotel, and the message note was so warm. The room was very spacious and clean. It rained heavily in Guiyang on the night of check-in, and we didn't close the hotel windows. After calling the front desk, the hotel engineering staff also quickly rushed to the room to help close the windows. In the process of closing the windows, we found that our elderly room liked to drink tea. The water in the room was finished, and immediately helped us send a few more bottles to both rooms. It was great! The next morning, we went to the restaurant for breakfast. Because there were many early guests, we waited at the door for a while and saw DIY activities for children at the restaurant door. The children were having fun. After the restaurant had seats, the restaurant manager immediately came to arrange for us to have breakfast. The next day, the lady on the 12th floor cleaned the room spotlessly when she was doing the extension cleaning. I forgot to bring the charger, and it was very inconvenient without a charger. The room attendant, sister Zhang Ying, provided us with a charger as soon as she was cleaning. Thank you very much. After we checked out, our suitcase was left in the hotel's underground parking lot. We forgot to take it in the car. It was picked up by the hotel engineer when he was patrolling the building and brought to the front desk. There was a suitcase and a bag of fruit. The beautiful Qinqin at the front desk was because of check-out. When we asked her at the front desk if she saw a bag of fruit in the lobby, she immediately contacted us and asked if we had lost our suitcase. There was a bag of fruit on the suitcase. After checking with the front desk, it was confirmed that we had left it behind. She also enthusiastically asked if we needed help to mail it. Because we were traveling by car and it happened to be not far from the hotel, we returned to the hotel to pick it up. Thank you very much for this lovely sister. The hotel rooms are nice, the breakfast is also very good, but the parking lot is a bit small and requires some skills to drive in and out. The service staff are very enthusiastic, and the security guard in the parking lot is also very responsible!

Hampton Inn Xileton is one of my favorite hotels. The layout of the whole room is very reasonable and user-friendly. There is no gimmick and everything is practical. The designer's ingenuity is fully demonstrated in the details. The hotel breakfast is rich in variety and high quality. All the waiters, including the front desk receptionist, are very polite and efficient. The security guard at the door saw that I was driving a car from another place and led me to the exclusive parking space in the basement. The service awareness is fully demonstrated. I guess they have been specially trained. The hotel has a self-service laundry, which is very convenient. It is the first choice for traveling or business trips!
