差評給的是服務，入住時給了身份證做入住登記，前台登記後沒有把身份證放到房卡夾內，身份證一直留在前台，也沒有主動聯繫我。在我到達機場後發現身份證沒有，詢問前台，馬上告知身份證就在前台。還是我自己花錢叫的快遞，從始至終前台沒有一點歉意，畢竟是因為前台工作不規範導致的身份證遺落，前台有所有的住客訊息，為什麼發現了身份證不主動聯繫？

Very satisfied. Seeing that we were three families visiting, they upgraded us to a suite for free. The front desk and room attendants were very enthusiastic. There was also an area for children to draw, play and do handicrafts. They could also change into Hanfu for free to take photos. I will come again if I have the chance.
