這是我最後一次入住萬象酒店啦！這麼熱的天居然沒有空調，最後服務員給我安排一個風扇，還有零食飲料什麼的都沒有那個小冰箱就是一個擺設

前台服務真心好，尤其感謝前台小文，進門辦入住看到我帶孩子不方便主動幫忙拿行李送到房間，有需要及時跟進，還免費升級了房型，非常不錯的一次體驗

這次旅途非常愉快，Bonnie管家服務超級超級好，非常熱情又周到，前一晚就聯繫，第二天會安排好歡迎水果和一切！其次酒店衞生真的非常乾淨，設施設備齊全！房間泡池隨時可用，24小時有温泉水，隨時隨地自由控制，雖然晚上睡覺有餘光這小插曲，但第二天迅速和工程部來給我們解決了。非常不錯的入住體驗！

房間很大，開車可以停到房間的負一層很方便，房間有院子，可以在院子泡温泉，還可以去公共温泉，有小童泳池滑梯，早餐比較豐富，前台小姐姐很熱情會幫忙拿行李，酒店整體都很好！

設施：房間設施齊全，電視🉑投屏，用起來很方便，設施設備都很不錯，還有索尼音響效果很棒👍洗漱用品香味好聞～
環境：酒店現是以以花為主題的，樹也比較多，一到房間處滿眼的綠色還比較好看，拍照比較出片。
服務：管家的服務真的很好很到位，重點表揚小韋管家，事事有迴應，件件有着落，及時高效，使我們的入住體驗很棒～下次來認準她
